A cause close to our hearts is the charity Smart Works, who work tirelessly to help women find the confidence to get back into work. During the pandemic we’re selling beautiful silk facemasks and donating profits from sales to the charity. We’re proud to support Smart Works, a charity that helps women find the confidence to get back into work.

Help Us Support Smart Works

By providing over 3,000 women a year with mentorship, style advice and an interview outfit, Smart Works is making a real difference. ‘Clients are referred to us from organisations such as job centres, work programmes, prisons, care homes, shelters and mental health charities,’ Kate Stephens, Smart Work’s CEO tells us. ‘Over 95% of our clients say a visit to us significantly increases their confidence and, crucially, 65% get the job within a month of their visit.’
