Place tortilla on a plate and sprinkle the desired amount of cheese on top, leaving room around the edges to prevent cheese spillage. No one wants to see wasted cheese. Microwave (at intervals of no longer than one minute) until the cheese is at preferred level of meltedness. 90 seconds is usually adequate. Remove from microwave and fold in half. Cut into triangles and serve alone or with desired sides.
