Learning to navigate effectively in a turbulent and fast-moving world Decision-making is a critical leadership competency, especially in time of crisis. Effective leaders need to understand how decisions are made and how to avoid pitfalls. This course will provide participants with a powerful combination of critical knowledge, hands-on expertise and leadership skills that will enable them to improve their ability to face critical challenges.
