The 2.5 month programme is structured as follows: • Introduction (1 day): in Geneva or via teleconference • Pre-residency (4 weeks): pre-course study and self-assessment • Intensive residency period (2 weeks): real-life case studies, interactive seminars, a crisis simulation, individual and group challenges and informal interactions
• Project-based action learning (4 weeks): interactions with peers aimed at successfully transferring new knowledge and skills into the workplace
