JILLIAN CLOUTIER (Ensemble) is extremely excited for her debut at The Hanover Theatre. She has been in several community theatre projects including Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory and Toy School. Jack is a member of the Broadway Youth Ensemble in NYC and loves acting, singing and dancing. Carter grew up around the theatre with a director/producer father and a stage manager mother, and is a fourth grader at Spring Street School in Shrewsbury, a member of Cub Scout Pack #114 and the Rivers Edge Arts Alliance youth chorus. Carter enjoys school, puzzles and playing cello, and is a good role model for his younger sister, Charlotte Hope. TROY SIEBELS (Director) serves as president and CEO of The Hanover Theatre, having led the organization’s development and staff since 2005. The theatre presents more than

140 performances to audiences of more than 180,000 annually, and has welcomed more than one and a half million visitors to date. The theatre is a key catalyst to the city’s revitalization, and anchors Worcester’s new Theatre District. Troy served as producing director at Stoneham Theatre for its first three seasons, and prior to that as managing director of American Stage Festival in Milford and Nashua, N.H., supervising staff and guest artists in production of ten plays and musicals per year in two venues. Troy’s favorite directing credits include Artist Descending a Staircase, The Mystery of Irma Vep and Wait Until Dark. Troy serves as chairperson of Destination Worcester and the Massachusetts Performing Arts Center Coalition; on the boards of directors of MassCreative and the Worcester Cultural Coalition; and as a member of Worcester ’s Economic Development Coordinating Council. MATTHEW STERN (Rehearsal Music Director) is thrilled to join The Hanover Theatre’s A Christmas Carol this year. Children: All patrons MUST have a valid ticket. Parents are discouraged from bringing children under five years of age to performances which are not specifically oriented to children. Alternately, tickets can be held at the box office and the gift certificate redeemed in person at any point up to the curtain time of the performance(s) purchased. Inclement Weather Policy: The nature of touring performance schedules is such that it is generally impossible for us to reschedule cancelled performances. Therefore, with very rare exceptions, our policy is that the show will go on regardless of the weather as long as the performers are able to perform. Please make travel plans in accordance with anticipated weather conditions, but please DO NOT endanger yourself. Please see our Booking Protect option mentioned above. Lost and Found: Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Items found at the theatre will be held by the house manager. However, we may take appropriate actions to thwart the organized resale of tickets for profit by third parties, which we do not condone.
