Wheelchair Accessibility

Spaces in the theatre are reserved near the front of the orchestra for patrons who use wheelchairs and for their ambulatory companions.

American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation

We offer ASL interpretation at all Broadway shows and other select shows. This service allows Deaf and hard of hearing individuals to fully experience the storytelling on stage.

Audio Description

Available at all Broadway shows and other select shows, this service allows blind and low-vision audience members to experience all the wonders and subtle nuances live theater offers through live description of what is occurring on stage. We offer large print programs, if needed, when picking up the Audio Description devices.

Assistive Listening Devices

These devices are available at the ticketing office and amplify the sounds of the show for patrons. Assisted listening devices operate best in the first 12 rows of the orchestra and in the balcony.

Autism Welcoming

In 2023, THT was certified as an Autism Welcoming Business by Autism Alliance of MetroWest! Accommodations of support are available, including sensory friendly kits and a quiet area for individuals and caretakers that may need a break from the theatre experience. Please talk to our concierge desk for more info.

THT also hosts a sensory-friendly performance of A Christmas Carol every year. These performances are intended as a unique theatre experience for patrons who are neurodiverse, have small children, sensory sensitivities, need additional accessibility accommodations or need a more relaxed environment.

Q. When is my group payment due?

A. All groups must be paid in full 30 days before your scheduled event. Credit card, check or cash is accepted. All sales are final. If you are booking your group within the 30 day time-frame you will have 2 business days to pay in full. No refunds, credits or exchanges.

Q. Can I add or decrease the amount of tickets in my group?

A. Yes, you can add or decrease the number of tickets in your group twice, within your order until your final payment has been made. Once you make your final payment, you can only add on tickets.

Q. What if I need to cancel my group?

A. You have 10 days from the time of your reservation to cancel your order. If you do not cancel your order within that time frame, you will be responsible for payment of your reserved tickets.

Q. Can I reserve a group with no deposit down?

A. Yes, if you are a group of under 35 people. A major credit card is required to hold your group reservation until the balance is paid 30 days before the show.

Q. How do I receive my tickets?

A. Your tickets can be mailed, emailed or held at the ticket window for your group, depending on your preference.

Q. If I don’t want to collect all the money, can individuals pay separately?

A. Yes! You can use our Group Tools platform and you can send a secure link to all group members to pay individually.
