As a leading property and casualty insurance company, we deliver outstanding performances, too. Not all great performances happen in the theatre. In our business, great performance means delivering on our promises — every time. It means being there for our Partner Agents and their customers when they need us most. That’s something we have been doing since 1852. We partner with the very best independent agents to provide their customers with the security, protection and peace of mind that comes with insurance, for home, auto and business. When you want an insurance company that delivers great performance — that delivers on its promises — think The Hanover.

DISNEY THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS, a division of The Walt Disney Studios, was formed in 1994 and operates under the direction of Thomas Schumacher. Worldwide, its seven Broadway titles have been seen by over 103 million theatergoers, grossed over $7.4 billion and have cumulatively run a staggering 181 years. With 15 productions currently produced or licensed, a Disney musical is being performed professionally somewhere on the planet virtually every hour of the day. The company’s inaugural production, Beauty and the Beast, opened in 1994. It played a remarkable 13 year run on Broadway and has been produced in 28 countries worldwide. In November 1997, Disney opened The Lion King, which received six 1998 Tony® Awards including Best Musical and continues in its 14th smash year, having welcomed over 60 million visitors worldwide. The Lion King can also currently be seen on tour across North America and in London’s West End, Hamburg, Tokyo and Madrid. Elton John and Tim Rice’s Aida opened on Broadway next, winning four 2000 Tony® Awards, and spawning productions around the world. Mary Poppins, a co-production with Cameron Mackintosh, opened in London in 2004 and has established itself as one of the biggest stage musical successes to emerge in recent years. The Tony Award®-winning Broadway production opened in 2006 at Disney’s New Amsterdam Theatre, where it continues to delight audiences. Mary Poppins can also be seen on tour across North America and Australia. Tarzan®, which opened on Broadway in 2006, is now an international hit with an award-winning production in Germany. In January 2008, The Little Mermaid opened on Broadway and was the #1-selling new musical of that year. Its success continues with an upcoming European debut in Holland. Other successful stage musical ventures have included King David in concert, the national tour of On The Record, several

WHO’S WHO in the CAST touring versions of Disney’s High School Musical, Der Glöckner Von Notre Dame in Berlin, a critically-hailed Off-Broadway production of Peter and the Starcatcher at New York Theatre Workshop, and the premiere stage adaptation of Aladdin at 5th Avenue Theatre. Newsies, the eagerly anticipated new American musical, which premiered to acclaim at Paper Mill Playhouse, will play a limited engagement at Broadway’s Nederlander Theatre in March 2012. In addition, DTP licenses stage performance rights to more than a dozen Disney musicals around the world through Music Theatre International. CAMERON MACKINTOSH (Producer and Cocreator). For over 45 years Cameron Mackintosh has been producing more musicals than anyone else in history, including the three longest running musicals of all time, Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and Cats, which are still running extraordinarily successfully across the world. Miss Saigon, another of his massive hits, continues to spawn new productions around the world with companies currently in Holland, Korea and Japan. As well as original musicals, Cameron enjoys producing new versions of such classics as My Fair Lady, Oklahoma and Carousel. Oliver! has recently enjoyed another record breaking 2 year run at London’s legendary Theatre Royal, Drury Lane and now another spectacular new production is touring the UK and opening internationally. Mary Poppins, his co-production with Disney, is now dispersing her magic globally with smash hit productions on Broadway, Australia, Holland and now here on tour in America, with further productions soon to open in Mexico, China, Germany and Japan. Other original musical productions include Little Shop of Horrors, Side By Side By Sondheim, Martin Guerre, The Witches of Eastwick, which has just opened in Brazil and recently the highly acclaimed Betty Blue Eyes. He also produced the longest running production of Stephen Sondheim’s Follies in London. Les Miserables is now the longest running musical in the world now in its 27th year. In October 2010, in celebration of its 25th anniversary, Cameron presented a spectacular star-studded concert of Les Misérables at the O2 in London in front of 30,000 fans which was broadcast live to cinemas around the world. That triumphant performance is now an internationally bestselling DVD. For the first time in theatrical history three different productions of the same musical were staged at the same time in one city – the Concert, the acclaimed new 25th Anniversary Production at London’s Barbican Theatre and the original production, which continues its record breaking run at the Queen’s Theatre, London. The New 25th Anniversary Production has been a huge hit all over again, currently breaking box office records across North America and in Spain, with other productions due to open worldwide in

Canada, Australia, South America, South Africa, Korea, Japan and China over the next five years. The Phantom Of The Opera also celebrated its 25th anniversary in October 2011 and to mark the occasion a lavish, fully staged production was mounted at the Royal Albert Hall which was also filmed for DVD. Cameron is staging a completely new touring production of this legendary musical to be launched in the UK in March 2012. Over the next three years over 40 new productions of Cameron’s musicals are due to open around the world. Cameron, in conjunction with Working Title Films and Universal, is currently in production for the film version of Les Miserables, directed by Tom Hooper and starring Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe and Anne Hathaway which is being filmed during 2012. Cameron owns seven historic theatres in London’s West End—Prince of Wales, Gielgud, Queen’s, Wyndham’s, Noel Coward, Novello and Prince Edward, all of which have undergone spectacular refurbishment, giving him the opportunity to indulge his passion for architecture and the restoration of old buildings. He is also co-owner of Music Theatre International, the world’s largest theatre library. Some of Cameron’s awards include the following; In 1995 his Company received the Queen’s Award for Export Achievement and he was knighted in the 1996 New Year’s Honours for his services to British theatre. These cannot be reserved in advance, but the number of devices available should be sufficient for the usual demand. You will be asked to leave your driver’s license as a deposit when borrowing an assistive listening device. Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations of tickets are not allowed. In the rare situation when The Hanover Theatre must cancel a performance, all ticketholders will be contacted with information regarding refunds. The Hanover Theatre reserves the right to substitute non-headliner performers without offering refunds. Cameras (Recording Devices): Our standard policy is that all such devices are prohibited from use in the theatre, and offenders may be ejected without compensation. On rare occasions, specific performers or engagements may request that this policy be suspended, in which case we will advise same by covering lobby signage which lists the standard policy. All members of the press or media must receive advance authorization to use cameras or recording devices inside the theatre and must display identification of same. Cell Phones: Out of respect to the performers and to fellow audience members, please remember to silence all cell phones while in the theatre. Also please note, there is no telephone which is manned throughout the performance. Please be sure to leave your cell phone telephone number with anyone who may need to reach you during an emergency and in the event of an emergency please take your call in the theatre lobby. Chargebacks: Occasionally a cardmember may not recognize or may dispute a credit card charge. Please contact the Box Office at 877.571.7469 BEFORE contacting your credit card company. We will be happy to explain any charges and/or correct any errors. If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer we will be unable during this process (which can take several weeks) to make any adjustments, so please contact the box office first! Children: All patrons MUST have a valid ticket. Parents are discouraged from bringing children under 5 years of age to performances which are not specifically oriented to children. If this is not possible, as a not-for-profit organization, The Hanover Theatre will accept your tickets up to 48 hours prior to curtain as a tax-deductible donation. Please be sure to mark your tickets as “donated” and retain them for your records. Door Opening Times: Doors to the theatre lobby will usually open 60 minutes prior to curtain, with doors to the house opening approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain. Please allow enough time for travel and parking. Exchanges: Members and subscribers have the benefit of exchanging tickets to an alternate performance of the same show only, not later than 48 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets in your possession. This can be done in person at the box office (bring the affected tickets), by mail (enclose the tickets), by fax (make a Xerox of the torn tickets), or by telephone. In the instance of telephone exchanges, it is imperative that you have the affected tickets in hand. Once your exchange has been completed by the box office you will be instructed to destroy your old tickets so that voided tickets will not be presented at the doors to the theatre. The cost of an exchange is $2.50 per order (not per ticket). Bear in mind that your exchange will be into available inventory of seating and may not be as “good” as your original seating. First Aid: Please speak with the House Manager or any member of the ushering staff if you need first aid or have any sort of accident or medical emergency. Insurance regulations require that such instances be documented immediately. Gift Certificates: These are available in any denomination by calling or visiting the box office, and may be used by the recipient in full or partial payment for event tickets. Gift Certificates cannot be used in online transactions. If used in a telephone sale, the gift certificate MUST be mailed to the box office before the tickets purchased will be mailed to the customer. Alternately, tickets can be held at the box office and the gift certificate redeemed in person at any point up to the curtain time of the performance(s) purchased. These charges will not be refunded for any reason. Hours of Operation: Monday through Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, Sunday (if there is a performance): 12noon to 6:00pm, and until intermission on performance evenings, in person and by telephone. We will take adequate measures to prevent the theft, loss or misuse of your personal information. We hope that you will agree that it is important that we have a record of your telephone number(s) and/or e-mail address should it be necessary to contact you, particularly to resolve errors, problems, or in the case of a cancelled performance where we will attempt to contact any affected ticketholders.

Standing Room: All persons entering the theatre must have a valid ticket, and are not allowed to stand in the back or aisles.

Prohibited: Items and activities which are prohibited include (but are not limited to): smoking, weapons, outside food or drink, camera or recording devices, cell phones not silenced or set to vibrate, laser pointers, disruptive or abusive language, pets (except those assisting persons with disabilities), and persons exhibiting intoxication or drug use. The general mailbox will allow you to leave a message if the box office is closed or temporarily unable to take your call within a reasonable amount of time. Please contact Mark Steina, special events coordinator at 508.849.9423 or e-mail mark@thehanovertheatre.org, for further information. Resale of Tickets for Profit: Ticketholders may on occasion be in a position where they have purchased tickets that they later cannot personally use and will want to donate, give, trade or sell these tickets to friends or acquaintances. Management does not discourage private transactions of this nature. However, we may take appropriate actions to thwart the organized resale of tickets for profit by third parties, which we do not condone. The public is advised to be careful purchasing tickets from individuals they do not know personally, as such tickets may be void and in such cases admission to the theatre will be denied without compensation.

Tax Deductible Donations: As we are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, donations to The Hanover Theatre are tax-deductible to the fullest extent provided by law. Please consult with your tax professional. Tours of the Theatre: The Hanover Theatre offers backstage tours immediately following each Access Hanover Lyceum Series event. Website: Please visit TheHanoverTheatre.org for the most complete and up-to-date information. Additional information about contests, prizes, discounts and more can be found on our Facebook page at Facebook.com/TheHanoverTheatre. Will Call: The box office will always attempt to mail tickets to the purchaser and thereby minimize any congestion or delay in picking up tickets prior to curtain. The normal policy will be to hold tickets at will call when there are less than 8 days to performance, and therefore the possibility that tickets may not be received in time by mail. Exceptions to this rule include tickets purchased with a Gift Certificate, or held for a third party to pick up.
