HAI’s Spring virtual training saw full Zoom classrooms of employees, owners and managers in the hardware/DIY industry attending bespoke training in Selling Skills, Customer Service, Sales Management, Stock Control, Merchandising and Digital Marketing, along with the return to HAI’s physical classroom with Susan Madden’s Advanced Selling Skills two-day course.

HAI Marks Return to the Physical Classroom with Two-Day Advanced Selling Skills workshop

HAI was pleased to welcome back Susan Madden from South East College to the HAI Classroom in Rathcoole Co. Dublin, where she was joined by 12 sales reps, account managers and area sales managers all looking for an overhaul of their selling strategy.

Susan provided attendees with a masterclass in the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to securing a meeting, to securing the final sale. Delivered over two days in March and April, the course included a one-on-one Sales Meeting exercise, giving the attendees the opportunity to put their learnings into practice.
