Melissa - I have been using the Blu Room since it opened in Washington, MO. I cannot say enough good things about it! Most often, I go into the Blu Room to clear my mind and focus, but I have also gone into the room to boost my immunity when feeling less than perfect. Even if I don't have a specific reason for going in, the atmosphere and the healing energy in the room always makes me feel, sleep, and concentrate better. Sara and Michelle do an excellent job of explaining how the room works, and the atmosphere at the Center is incredibly peaceful.

Rosa - Rosa is 60 years old and has had congestive heart failure, chronic kidney disease, and high blood pressure since 2009. Her ejection fraction, a marker for the hearts ability to pump blood was significantly reduced at 20%. She was only able to walk minimal distances due to severe shortness of breath, general fatigue and had been battling depression on and off for several years. May through December of 2018, Rosa participated in the Mercy Blu Room twice a week. Gradually her mood got better and her energy improved. Rosa had a repeat echocardiogram in November 2018 which showed that her ejection fraction significantly improved to 47%. She attributes this remarkable healing to the Blu Room which she continues to use twice per week.

Micael - I had been having a slight muscular tension between my shoulder blades for several weeks. When I lay down on the couch in the Blu Room, after a few seconds I began to feel an acute discomfort between my shoulder blades where the tension was. I began to think the couch was too hard, and wondered how I was going to put up with this distracting pain for the duration of the treatment. I heard a loud “pop” sound from where the pain was. Instantly everything relaxed in my back and all traces of the pain disappeared immediately. During all this time I was lying totally relaxed on my back, despite the pain, and was exerting no force whatever in any direction. I realized that my whole breathing pattern had changed. I was now taking deep breaths without effort, about twice what had been normal for me before.

 



Peggy will guide you through the process of recalling these memories located deep inside your unconscious mind. She will explain what past life regression is and how it works, and discuss how your past lives may be impacting you right now in your current life. She will also discuss a technique where we have a conversation with our higher self and contact our subconscious to obtain answers to physical and emotional concerns we may have about ourselves and the life we are living. Peggy has studied Present and Past Life Regression Therapy with Dr. Brian Weiss, author of Many Lives, Many Masters, since 2013, as well as Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) with Dolores Cannon. “We will explore deep states of relaxation and metaphysical approaches that can help get to the root cause of current issues that originated in the past. We will expand our focus to further explore the healing potential of our Subconscious (or Higher Self or Source) which contains the answers to any questions we may have about ourselves. Many times we

have an experience of an impactful situation in our past that keeps getting triggered in our present adult lives, affecting us emotionally, physically, and/or spiritually. In this workshop I will be guiding you to gain a better understanding of these issues which have their origin early in this life or in a past life.” This group offers a safe place to meet likeminded people and experience what can be learned from the past. You will have the opportunity to discover new tools for developing and trusting your intuition. “I will be conducting a short Regression where you can hopefully recall your own present and past life experiences. This will include a guided visualization describing emotional and physical healing experiences that you can record and use at home. So be sure to bring your fully charged IPhone or other recording device if you want to have your own personal recording for further practice at home!”
