Request permission from the Principal of your intentions to Fundraise. Check the Fundraising Calender for any clashes on dates. Does the activity fit with curriculum programs?

Seek permission from the Junior School Senior Leader if fundraising activity involves Junior School classes Tabled at JS staff meeting Supported by class teacher/s If food is involved is it a healthy food option?

Notify the Canteen if sale of food is involved. Notify the Front Office of the event (date, location, type of activity, recipient of funds) Write a notice in the daily bulletin (date, location, type of activity, recipient of funds) Write a Newsletter/website article/notice/promotion Book specific area in the school if required e.g. gym Notify Groundsman (especially if barbeque is needed – check gas bottles, clean barbeque) Indicate ingredients of food for sale (especially nuts, egg, wheat). Contact the charity/organisation you are fundraising for and request a fundraising form Take completed checklist and money raised to the Finance Office for receipt and forward of cheque to charity/organisation
