Zucchini slice Enough for 36 tastes in the class room
Equipment:
Ingredients: • 375g Zucchini
• Grater
• 1 large onion
• Bowl
• 1 (60g) cup grated cheddar
• Chopping board
cheese
• Knives
• 1 cup SR Flour
• Fry pan
• ¼ cup Olive Oil
• Wooden spoon
• 5 eggs
• Whisk
• Salt and Pepper
• Lasagne dish
What to do: Grate unpeeled zucchini coarsely and put into a bowl Finely chop onion and sauté in a little oil til transparent Combine zucchini, sautéed onion and cheese, sifted flour, oil and lightly beaten eggs Pour into a well greased dish Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes till lightly browned and firm on top Cut into bite size squares and serve
