WE CARE WINNERS Elizabeth Lermas Branch Manager Elizabeth has been my Manager for almost a year now. When I took over the NAPA office, Elizabeth was fairly new at the Branch Manager position, however, from the first day I met her, I knew she hungered to learn more and be successful in reaching her full potential in her position. Elizabeth has consistently been an extremely conscientious worker and is always willing to learn more; she’s not afraid to ask questions. Elizabeth has no problem going above and beyond to do everything possible in order ensure her office reaches its goal and keep her clients happy in the process. Her high standards of ethics are beyond reproach; she is honest to a fault. Elizabeth has worked bell to bell with no complaints and unwavering dedication. She has earned the highest degree of confidence from the Company and her clients.
Marta Alvarez Producer Marta Alvarez has been working in my office since May, and was recently transferred here from the Fresno 155 branch. During this short period of time, Marta has become one of the top three producers in the district. She has consistently met her sales goal and exceeded her broker fee average. Marta has been able to maintain this level of performance through her hard work; she's always on top of her quoting, call backs, setting appointments, QC error, and everything else in between. Her dedication and commitment involving leadership is most impressive. Always more than willing to go the extra mile and step up to any tasks that come her way, Marta has surpassed all expectations that make a successful top producer.

Henry Vela Producer, SSB In SSB, quality means delivering exceptional service, while at the same time, meeting sales production levels. Henry has delivered quality consistently. To many of his customers, he is considered a “trusted advisor” who takes the time to explain and recommend what is best for them and their families. Henry does something exceptionally very well – he listens to his customers before he offers a product. He has enduring patience, and when necessary, educates the customer. To Henry, a customer is not a just a sale, but an opportunity to serve. He enjoys his job and always has a great attitude with all of his customers.
Andrew Jajou Producer Andrew exhibits a boundless ability to channel an amazing level of self-motivation into hard work that touches every aspect of his interactions with others. He’s never too busy to selflessly volunteer his help when needed. His dedication to excellence ensures that every deal is conducted with meticulous attention to detail to achieve the utmost in quality.
Daniel Lopez Producer Daniel is a very articulate, self–motivated sales agent who is completely dedicated to fulfilling every customer’s needs. He consistently provides superior customer service and understands how to balance being assertive while retaining an engaging sense of humor. He possesses a sense of urgency in focusing on the task at hand and doesn’t allow himself to get sidetracked, which enables him to capitalize on his own abilities. He never loses sight of the big picture and is always willing to go the extra mile. He genuinely cares about the customer, not just the sale. Month-to-date, Daniel has 19 policies (with a $231 broker fee average). I am glad to have Daniel on my team – he has definitely raised the bar in the department.

Manir Khan Producer Manir’s impressive record of distinguished service with the Company spans 18 years. He takes enormous pride in his work, which is reflected in his main goal – achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. His ongoing capacity as a self-motivated agent fosters enduring relationships, resulting in numerous referrals. His tireless work ethic and great disposition create a truly enjoyable atmosphere for our clients and his peers.
Marilu Perez Producer Marilu unfailingly puts the customer first. Her genuine sincerity shines through on everything she touches. She inherently knows how to tactfully balance the right degree of assertiveness with a firm and honest demeanor. Marilu consistently goes the extra mile and is always willing to help. Her perpetual optimistic nature is a delight to everyone she comes in contact with. Marilu’s strong work ethic is reflected in her dedication to constantly exceed her goals.
Carmen Silva Branch Manager Carmen is always going above and beyond what is expected. Her relentless commitment to excellence has produced a talented team that consistently delivers a remarkable level of both sales and quality throughout the office. Her high degree of professionalism in honoring her obligations and continual pursuit in maintaining the highest ethical standards make her our winner.

Leonardo Guimoye Producer Leo is the ROCK of the WEB team here in Northern California. Leo has been with us for five years and is considered a peer leader among his teammates. Leo’s manager, Brian, mentioned three things that come to mind when he thinks about Leo. First, is Leo’s strong work ethic and high degree of dependability. Second, Leo always hits his goals and will go above and beyond to achieve them. And, third, Leo takes extraordinary care of his customers and always provides a great experience. Thank you, Leo, for providing a great experience for our customers and teammates! We appreciate all that you do!
Christopher Lowen Lease Administrator Chris abstracts and maintains all leases for California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas on daily basis. His hard work and high ethical standards have earned him great respect among landlords, property managers and his co-workers. He makes sure that we are in compliance with the terms and provisions of over 200 leases, and since he started with us two years ago, he’s achieved a record of zero lease provisions violations. Chris also delivers high-value reports to different levels in the Company that helps in making informed business decisions. Chris is also working on his Real Estate License to further advance his future in the field.

Ana Leyva Retention Supervisor Ana Leyva has been with the Company for nine years, starting out in our Customer Service Department. She was later promoted to CS supervisor, where she played a key role in the implementation, training and measurement of Quality standards for the Customer Service group. With our growth, we found it necessary to develop a sub-department within Customer Service to handle those customers needing extra attention – Ana jumped at the opportunity to manage it. As supervisor of the Customer Retention Department, she continues to demonstrate her strong commitment to providing the highest level of Quality customer service. With her ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm manner, she excels at resolving customer complaints. Ana’s passion for helping customers drives her to exceed customers’ expectations.
Rita Tabet Loss Prevention Manager Rita Tabet has been with the Company for 15 years, starting out in the Quality Control Department. She moved up the ranks, promoted from supervisor to manager, eventually overseeing the QC and Customer Processing Departments. Rita has played a key role in developing quality standards and putting checks and balances in place for all departments. In her current role as Loss Prevention Manager, Rita goes above and beyond to enforce adherence to our policies and procedures. She consistently works to provide better tools for efficiencies, detecting wrongdoing, and upholding the highest standards of quality. She is always eager to assist all departments in helping ensure better quality and exceptional results. Rita has high expectations and is committed to excellence.

Alejandra Morales Media Director Alejandra is a dedicated team member whose extraordinary level of pride is evident in every task she undertakes. Alejandra is always striving to learn new skills, is self-motivated and is always endeavoring to improve her skills and capabilities. Alejandra’s “whatever it takes” attitude has immeasurably contributed to our department achieving our goals. Her deep personal commitment to excellence and exceeding expectations continues to have an ongoing positive impact on the department. Her dedication to her job has inspired others to push past mediocrity and be great! She embodies the best attributes of quality and commitment – this is why Alejandra is the recipient of the WE CARE award.
Paola Molina-Yarce Marketing Coordinator Paola infuses the premise behind the CARE initiative whole-heartedly into her responsibilities and attitude. The result is work that exemplifies her commitment to excellence and quality. She takes pride in her work, is dependable and reliable, making the lives of her team members and colleagues easier. She’s a quick-thinker and a problem-solver, always reworking a timeline, adjusting a process, or tweaking a workflow. She consistently provides exceptional account management services to nine major brands; ensuring media gets designed, published and reported consistently and on time. Her attention to detail ensures marketing materials are accurate, esthetically-pleasing and effective. Cristi Conway Data Administrator Cristi is the personification of quality. Cristi’s organizational capacity is nothing short of amazing – she flawlessly assembles all of our campaign information, ensuring we can rely on always having verifiable, accurate and timely reports. Her extraordinary attention to detail enables her to consistently distribute dozens of reports throughout our entire sales organization. In addition, Cristi oversees a monumental list of all our thousands of advertising numbers, always maintaining the highest level of accuracy to guarantee this crucial information is unfailingly routed to the right office. Her perpetual, can-do attitude, grace under fire demeanor and legendary degree of self-discipline, make Cristi a leader within our organization.
Ashley Beltran Payroll Manager Ashley Beltran was literally pushed into her new Payroll Manager role by the Payroll team members. The team had full respect and confidence in Ashley’s knowledge and abilities, and recognized (even before she did) that she had already been successfully leading and supporting the team members for the past year. Ashley demonstrates quality on a daily basis by questioning past practices to determine the best possible methods rather than simply accepting that “this is the way it was done in the past.” She spots the issues before they arise, asks the right questions, and never gives up before reaching an answer or solution.

Juan Rivera Employee Relations Specialist II Juan Rivera is a home-grown Human Resources team member that has continued to amaze us all with his knowledge, maturity, and ability to learn at the speed of light. Juan is quickly becoming a human resources expert, and along with his legacy knowledge of Company practices and history, he often serves as our in-house department expert. But most importantly, Juan truly cares. He completes projects quickly, with accuracy, and consistently takes on more without ever being asked. His actions demonstrate that he simply wants it to be done right, right now, and that he truly cares about his work product, the employees he supports, and the Company.
Karen Wooldridge Human Resources Director Karen is the prime example of a highly self-motivated team member who constantly strives for high quality and never gives up, even where tasks seem impossible to complete or issues impossible to solve. She has been instrumental in carrying out the strategic projects needed to build and improve the HR team to support the expansion and integration of multiple acquired entities and new employees. In particular, Karen has been the fearless leader of the monumental task of implementing Ultipro to fully replace ADP as the company's HR Information and Payroll System. Despite a variety of obstacles, Karen has persevered while maintaining her positive attitude and encouraging others to do the same. She serves as a role model and support system to the entire team.

Celenna Soberanis Purchasing & Facilities Lead Celenna has been with the Company since 1998, diligently working with our staff and office managers in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas on their different business purchasing needs. Celenna also provides the highest order of quality supporting and training our Tijuana purchasing clerks. In addition, on a daily basis, she also manages the Company’s wireless account, fleet program, and any associated claims. Recently, Celenna expanded her horizons, and is exceeding expectations, learning to negotiate with the different vendors to procure quality products for our employees.
Hana Jabbour Software Project Manager Hana is a prime example of what We CARE is all about. For 13 years, Hana has exhibited an exceptional positive attitude and consistently achieved the highest level of professional standards. Everyone cares about executing their tasks and demonstrating behaviors that meet management expectations, but Hana is that shining diamond that always goes the extra mile. Her genuine concern with the performance of every individual in her department is reflected in her willingness to help out wherever there is a need. Hana’s dedication is much appreciated.

Erik Molina Telecommunications Manager Extreme dedication, exceptional motivation and extraordinary hard work 24/7 are not quite enough to describe him. Erik was able to go from Helpdesk to Manager in a very short time, while taking over some projects of a large magnitude, such as the crucial I3 System merge. A self-professed workaholic, Erik’s innate ability as good listener and his motivation and hardworking ethics, have contributed tremendously to the development of the Telecom area and our IT department achieving our goals. Erik continually seeks to improve himself and his department; he is in the process of mentoring his team member and is looking forward into a transition as the Company grows.
Henry Nguyen IT Infrastructure Support Henry is extremely professional, a highly dedicated and committed to excellence individual. He will consistently exceed managers’ and users’ expectations. Henry maintains a good sense of humor and can-do attitude at all times. He is an excellent team player and is consistent in following up to meet or beat rigid deadlines. Henry has gone from Helpdesk to System Administration in literally no time; he is relentless and very eager to continually learn and progress. He is committed to pursue higher technical knowledge; he has been recently certified on VMware. We are very lucky to have Henry in our team.

Lance Darling IT Helpdesk Manager Lance is a steadfast, loyal team player with a quiet, conservative demeanor that’s tempered by the highest level of reliability. He is always up for a project whenever called upon and is very attentive to detail. Trustworthiness is part of his DNA – Lance can interact very well with upper management, as well as with managers and end users. I would like to recognize Lance for his dedication, motivation and integrity
Bill Findley IT Spec Project Manager Bill is an outstanding example of excellence, dedication and motivation. Handling one of the most challenging areas within IT, as a great listener, Bill was able to go from Help Desk Hands-on Manager to Hands-off Manager in no time, simultaneously enforcing processes and procedures, while increasing user satisfaction. Bill is definitely a great asset to our department and the Company.
James Higgins Finance Clerk Commitment, caring and respect are essential to the quality of the finance team. James embodies these principles. James came to us as a temporary employee for a short-term project in January 2011, but we quickly identified him as an individual that we wanted to hire. His grounded nature and focused work ethic are vital to our team in achieving our goals, and keeping the department functioning at its peak. James has become an integral part of this team, and continually seeks to improve himself and the department. He has acted as a mentor to many of our newer team members. We are pleased to acknowledge James for his dedication and professionalism.

Maria Dubon Accounting Trainer In the accounting department quality is paramount, and for over a decade, Maria has played an integral part in maintaining the highest level of quality. As an accounting trainer, she tirelessly travels to the office in Mexico to train and support the accounting staff for two weeks each month, ensuring that the department’s unblemished history of excellence will continue to be maintained. As business processes are changed, Maria updates our customer accounting guidelines. Maria has been crucial to the ongoing AppOne transition and development. We would like to recognize Maria for her commitment to excellence.
