Your body is not moving, but your mind in a fraction of a second must make a choice. Push the snooze button for an extra 10 minutes and go back to fighting your villain or spring-n-move. That’s my technique for getting up, don’t think, just jump up fast.

Actually think how many times you said you would go on a diet, get fit, clean the garage, write an article, finish your website, fix the bike, sort out your clothes in your closet, read that book a friend recommended or meet up with a friend. The list goes on and on.
