Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming - WOW - What a ride!

Hope everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving. One moment we are all rushing around making arrangements to connect with family and friends, buy the perfect turkey, cook the enormous feast of everyone’s favorites, and then celebrate the awesome four day long weekend. Before you know it, it’s back to work and it’s all over. Can we slow things down just a bit?
