How do you feel today, mentally, physically and emotionally? Did you know that your entire day is directly impacted by the amount of sleep you received the night before? Even more important is the quality of the sleep that you received. Sleeping for eight hours is amazing unless those eight hours are not peaceful or restful. Waking up exhausted is an all too common theme in homes today.
Adults sleep on average 7 hours per night. Sleep helps the body repair, reset, and be ready for what’s to come. Our brain depends on sleep for work productivity and concen- tration. Without adequate sleep, our brain begins to lack emotional intelligence which can result in poor judgement and even hal- lucinations.
The number one brand in the bedding industry, Serta, is also the official mattress of the National Sleep Foundation (NSF). The NSF states we spend one-third of our lives in bed, which means one-third of our lives are predicated upon the mattress on which we sleep! Are you tossing and turning? If you are, it is most likely time for a new bed! The goal for sleep is not price, but rather the quality of the bed and sleep you receive.
Again, how do you feel? Is it time for a new mattress? Is it time to quit tossing and turn- ing, waking up groggy and worn down, and just miserable? If your answer is anything but a resounding yes, then it is time to find your mattress. It’s time to say no more too bad sleep, and yes to restful and peaceful sleep! l
