PROOFS AND ERRORS IN ADS DEADLINES | MONDAY NOON All advertising rates are net rates. Cash, check, credit cards and money orders are accepted. In order to reserve a space in The Houstonian a client must provide endorsement on insertion order and make full payment or payment arrangements prior to the run date, or the ad can not run. Cancellation of advertising is accepted until the publication deadline, the space must be paid for whether the ad runs or not. The Houstonian is not responsible for any omission or error on ads after the deadlines.
Proofs will be provided for all ads made by The Houstonian. These proofs must be corrected (if needed), signed, and returned by the deadline. Make goods or adjustments will be considered only for errors that were solely the fault of The Houstonian and will be given at the discretion of the Business Manager.
PRODUCTION SERVICE Any ad The Houstonian designs and produces will be done for an additional fee. After the ad is proofed by client, The Houstonian is no longer responsible for any errors in the ad.
