Ann Howard

Our Home was built in Capitola in 1989 by my husbands Father & Grandfather. It wasn't until August of 2009 that I met my husband, that's when we both knew we would spend the remainder of our days together. In 2010 my husband & I became preferred customers with Melaleuca. I had previously been a customer with them when I originally signed up in 1998. In August of 2011 I started a small cottage food bakery known as Ann's Custom Cakes. In 2012 I was diagnosed with RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis), Fibromyalgia (Nerve Disorder) & Osteoarthritis (Arthritis of the Muscle Tissue), all Auto-immune Diseases. After a long battle with these illnesses it ended my career in artisan baking. In 2014, my husband & I decided to start a micro farm outside of Tallahassee, Fla. I started making artisan soaps & canning. Our goal is to eventually have a small shop & offer classes to teach other what we have learned.​
