The top 3 stories are beautifully decorated with terra cotta baroque ornamentation. The building is made of stone, brick, iron, terra cotta along with steel construction. Purchased by “Western Millionaire� James B. Haggin in 1899 for $850,000 and known as the Haggin Building. 451 Broome Street was converted to 25 residential loft units in 1977. Currently 23
