Pre-course The pre-course phase aims to facilitate a better understanding of the course subject and is comprised of the following: Pre-course evaluation - establish personal learning objectives for the training through a short quiz to acknowledge the current level of knowledge and for sharing expectations; Benchmarking testimonials - become familiar with experts’ opinions in this area;

Core course

Evaluation At the end of the training course, after successfully completing a certification exam, participants have the opportunity to obtain the Certified Benchmarking Professional status, a premier global certification dedicated to rigorous benchmarking practice. Participants will take a final test that is composed out of 75 questions. In order to receive the diploma that acknowledges their competencies in the field, participants must obtain at least 50 points.

Senior Benchmarking Specialist Andrada is Senior Benchmarking Specialist and certified trainer within The KPI Institute.

Andrada is also a PhD candidate in Engineering and Management and discovered her passion for research during her Masters studies at the Technical University of Munich, where she obtained a degree of Master of Science in Consumer Affairs and conducted various research on behavioral marketing, strategy and leadership.

Andrada is coordinating the Benchmarking capability of The KPI Institute and is responsible for the first benchmarking project of the company, which seeks to provide a comparative analysis of the hospitals’ performance in the GCC States. Registration cancellation procedure Any withdrawals have to be announced at least two weeks before the beginning of the course, through fax or e-mail. In this situation, the attendance fee will be refunded, less $400 retained for administrative expenditure. The attendance fee will not be refunded if the withdrawal from the course takes place less than 2 weeks before its start date. If you find yourself in the impossibility to attend the course after the registration process is already completed you may delegate another person to attend the course in your place without any further fees charged. If you have confirmed and made the attendance fee payment but you didn’t attend the course, the course attendance fee will not be refunded.
