History:

Mamma Roma first opened their doors in 2005. They are a family restaurant run by brothers Rino and Bruno. Before opening Mamma Roma, Rino worked in some of Italy’s finest restaurants, eventually having the pleasure of working as a sous chef for one of Italy’s top chefs, Piero Scaletti. Meanwhile, Bruno gained experience working in the restaurant field as a server. Their restaurant expertise doesn’t stop there! Their roots and recipes go back to the 1950’s, when their family started a chain of restaurants, Mamma Lucia. Within Mamma Roma is the Piccolo Espresso Bar, serving Kimbo coffee and delicious Italian treats. Mamma Roma is very involved with giving back to the community. They donate to organizations such as Wreaths Across America and donated meals to healthcare workers during the COVID-19 crisis.
