FRESH FLAVORS
The word “fresh”, along with its many definitions, inspired this month’s FRESCO by Ferraro. On one hand, it refers to the ingredients side of our business and how this time of year brings crisp vegetable and fruit options to the table that may not be available year round. It also is a great time to take a look at your menu to see if it could use an update or, in other words, freshening up!
