New Business Sales from the date of the Downline Leader elevation will count for the Upline Leader as well as the new Downline Leader during the qualification period. Elevated Leaders during the qualification period, and their Upline Leaders, must be maintaining as per the Career Plan Upline Development Incentive at 1 July 2011 to attend the International Conference and for the Upline Leader to claim the International Conference.

Qualification Rules What is the minimum I need to do to qualify to start achieving International Conference Dollars? To qualify to start achieving International Conference Dollars, a Sales Leader will need to:

Base Qualification: •

Personally sponsor a minimum of 6 new Advisors during the qualification period.

Leaders must have a minimum in Personal Team Sales (including Personal Sales) of $50,000 over the eight month period, from 1 October 2010 to 31 May 2011. (This figure will include theirs and their Personal Team’s New Business Sales).

*New Leaders who elevate between 1 November 2010 and 1 March 2011 must generate a minimum of $50,000 in Team Sales (including their two qualification months) between their first Leader qualification month and 31 May 2011. (This figure will include theirs and their Personal Team’s New Business Sales.) Plus

To earn International Conference Dollars to offset the cost of attending the International Conference, all Leaders must generate a minimum of $2,500 per month in NEW BUSINESS or a total of $20,000 in NEW BUSINESS from 1 October 2010 to 31 May 2011.

The minimum New Business Achievement will reward a Leader with *$1,850 towards the full cost and value of the trip which is $4,500, thus leaving only $2,650 balance to pay. But the minimum achievement is not where most Leaders will aim. For this fast track to China, set your payment level (especially the FREE option) and focus on sponsoring and development, and you will be soon standing on the Great Wall of China with your head held high with pride for your outstanding achievement.

*New Leaders who elevate between 1 November 2010 and 1 Mar 2011 can only count their NEW BUSINESS from the date of their first Leader qualification month and 31 May 2011.

5

How do I Earn International Conference Dollars? Once the Base Team Sales, Personal Sponsoring and first level of New Business is achieved, you have qualified for the base subsidy of *$1,850 towards the cost of your attendance. Minimum Personal Sponsoring and Existing Personal Team Sales of $50,000 apply at all levels of qualification. Personal Team New Business is calculated from 1 October 2010 till 31 May 2011 (*unless elevating 1 January to 1 March 2011), and you can continue to earn Conference dollars on your Team New Business to offset your Conference cost right up till the end of the qualification period.

Can I pay to attend the Conference? Yes, providing you have achieved your base qualification as above. Details of New Business part and full-payment achievement are as follows: New Business Conference Dollar Achievement:

Partner Attendance: Partners can pay to attend the full conference package at $4,500 twin share with their partner, or they can qualify for Partner Conference Dollars. Partner Qualification does not attract the same level of base subsidy as a Leader and so the above chart will not apply for partners’ to achieve Conference dollars. For every $10,000 in Team New Business achieved above $55,000, a Leader can reduce her partner’s payment by $500. For example, a Leader who has achieved $85,000 in New Business can have her partner attend for a cost of $3,000, or a Leader who achieves $145,000 would have her partner travel for FREE.

Can I extend the Conference? Sales Leaders may extend their Conference by taking a stopover (as per selection of packages offered by TLL) as a pre-option to the Conference. Any cost for this stopover for themselves or their partner and all arrangements for this extended time— hotels, destination etc. — are at the cost of the individual Sales Leader.

*It is argued as to whether Shangri-la is truly a Chinese territory or simply a Chinese occupied country (Tibet). Originally Shanghai was a fishing and textiles town but now Shanghai exerts influence over global commerce, culture, art, research and entertainment. In the nineteenth century the city of Shanghai flourished as a center of commerce between East and West becoming a multinational hub and a renowned tourist destination.

Honkers is indeed the ‘Manhattan of the East’. You will be staying at the fabulous new The Upper House. This ultra modern boutique Swire owned property opened in October 2009 and has emerged as the place to stay in Hong Kong. The Upper House is quite simply a temple to hotel style, innovation and luxury. Located at Pacific Place on Hong Kong Island’s Queensway, you are assured of being right at the heart of the very best shopping, dining and excitement Hong Kong has to offer. Soaring over 50 floors into the Hong Kong skyline (but only occupying the top 12) you would never know this hotel offers a secret garden and lawn and rooms that feel like you have stumbled into an architecture magazine.
