Dominique Marshall Being kind begins with having the right mindset and remembering how much of a positive impact it can have, both to yourself and to others. A few of the ways I intend to be kind this year (both in business and personally) include: • Setting boundaries! I want to make sure I’m using my time effectively, aiming to not overwhelm myself and knowing when to say ‘no’ if something doesn’t sit right with me • Being supportive of those around me and with people I work with (as everyone can do with a helping hand!) • Having a consistent self-care routine, not letting it slip, and remembering that taking breaks is *just* as important as getting the work done. Ain’t nobody got time for burnout!
