About Us

At Candle Warmers Etc., we’ve made an art form out of combining home fragrance and aromatherapy experiences with high-end home décor. Our team of skilled designers put extensive effort into trend research and product development to bring the most beautiful and functional pieces into your home. Each product reflects the time and consideration that goes into every detail of our home fragrance and aromatherapy products.

Candle Warmers Etc. became the original alternative to lighting a candle in 2001, when a neighbor's house fire made our founder aware of the dangers of lit candles. He invested his family's savings into 5,000 mug warmers and the original candle warmer was born.

In 2016, we launched Airomé, which features 100% pure essential oils, essential oil diffusers, and Himalayan salt products. Due to the overwhelming success of Airomé, we continue to add new essential oils and aromatherapy products to our lineup to bring the best therapeutic grade spa experience.

GENERAL POLICIES

Pricing

• Candle Warmers Etc. prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders shall be invoiced at the prevailing prices at the time of shipment.

Orders

• Orders can be placed at candlewarmers.com, airome.com, by phone at 800-262-2305, or email at order@candlewarmers.com Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Mountain Time.

• All re-orders have a $100 minimum (exception - replacement bulbs).

New Customers/Opening Orders

• All new customers' opening orders are a guaranteed sale for 90 days.

• All opening orders have a $400 minimum.

Payment and Payment Terms

• All new accounts are strictly prepaid by credit card. Customers may apply for terms after the initial order has been placed and paid.

• Invoices not paid in full by due date will assess a delinquent charge of 1.5% a month (18% annually) on outstanding amount.

Back order Policy

• While we do our best to ensure that we have enough stock on all our items, on rare occasions we may run out of stock. If we do run out of stock on an item you’ve ordered, we will ship any in-stock items on your order immediately. Products that are out of stock but will arrive within 21 days of your original order will be back ordered and will ship as soon as they are available. You will receive an email notifying you what products were back ordered and an estimated date they will be available to ship. Back-orders that are less than $50 dollars will automatically be cancelled. Any discounts or promotions applied to the original order will also be applied to your back order. If you want to cancel a back order, please call Customer Solutions at 800.262.2305 immediately.

• Products that are out of stock for longer than 21 days will be cancelled off your order and you will not be charged for that item. You will receive an email notifying you what products were cancelled and an estimated availability date that you can re-order the item.

Third Party Marketplace Restriction

• Selling Candle Warmers Etc. and Airomé products on third party marketplaces is restricted. Customers who list Candle Warmers Etc. or Airomé products on third party marketplaces are subject to having their account suspended. IMAP and Market Place policy can be found on our website or can be requested from your sales representative.

SHIPPING POLICIES

• We normally ship orders within 5-7 business days of receipt. We strive to keep a full selection of stock available at all times for immediate shipment.

• Expedited shipping is available. Please contact Customer Service for details.

• All orders are shipped by FedEx from Salt Lake City, Utah.

Freight Cap

• Shipping charges will be capped at 15% of the order amount on all orders over $300 Orders under $300 will be charged the prevailing FedEx rate. The freight cap does not apply to international locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, or expedited shipping methods.

Refund/Return Policies

• No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number.

• There is a restocking fee of 15% plus freight on all returns.
