FESTIVE COCKTAILS TO CELEBRATE
Whether you are marking a wedding, an engagement or the festive season to come here are some delicious ways to celebrate.
POMEGRANATE AND GINGER SPRITZER CRANBERRY MIMOSA

120ml cranberry juice 237ml champagne sparkling sugar, for garnish fresh cranberries, for garnish
METHOD –Dip the rims of two champagne glasses into water then sparkling sugar. Pour 59ml cranberry juice into each glass. Add 118ml champagne to each glass. Top with a few fresh or frozen cranberries and serve immediately.
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds 2 dashes Angostura bitters 15ml refrigerated pomegranate juice 30ml brandy (or amber rum) 15ml ginger liqueur 79ml chilled dry sparkling white wine splash club soda (optional) thin lemon slices
METHOD –Half fill a large wine glass with ice, and pomegranate seeds together. Add bitters, pomegranate juice, brandy, and ginger liqueur. Top with sparkling wine and, if desired, club soda, and stir gently. Add lemon slices.

NUTCRACKER
30ml Kahlua 30ml Amaretto 15 ounces Grand Marnier 15ml Irish cream liqueur
METHOD Build the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass.
