How to
get the most out of your
training
managementcentre.co.uk Management Consultancy | Fundraising Consultancy | Learning and Development
Preparation Before the training, take some time to have a think about: • your aims for the training • areas you’re keen to develop • what you’d like to be able to think/feel/do after the training You may want to discuss these questions with your line manager or a colleague. If you’ve been sent a pre-programme questionnaire or assessment with your joining instructions, please complete this before the training as there won’t be time on the day. Some online questionnaires are designed to help the programme leader tailor the event. Make sure you complete these by the deadline suggested to help us adjust the programme. Let us know if you have any special needs in terms of access or disability. Or if you have any dietary requirements that we need to know – particularly if you have any allergies.
