Visit the famous walled rose garden at National Trust property, Mottisfont Abbey, which includes more than 500 varieties of stunning roses. The picturesque grounds have much to excite visitors all year round, along with a jam-packed programme of events and exhibitions.

Discover the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, with its acclaimed water garden and collection of 42,000 plants from around the world, including 13 national plant collections and the largest winter garden in Europe. There are events throughout the year including, Art in the Garden, a sculpture exhibition running from May to October.
Go along to the glorious garden at King John’s House to see many trees, shrubs and plants that would have been grown from medieval to Victorian times. From a medievalstyle Herber, to wellstocked beds with flowers of the period, such as lavender, old roses and clematis, apple trees and a summer meadow. Follow the path which takes you to a fountain courtyard, then to the tearoom in the Victorian garden
