Programme format Flexible learning at its best: This 12-month programme has been designed to give you the correct balance of new skills, motivation, accountability, flexibility, ownership and support. Each month you gain access to a new sales topic through our high quality online videos to further build on your already strong sales skills

Each month you will test your knowledge and skills, through our quick online assessment tools

To keep you motivated you will receive access to the Weekly Sales Pep Talk (a short audio recording on a relevant sales topic)

As with the 12-week programme we will work together to measure your progress and results throughout this programme

To support you: you will receive a scheduled monthly phone call from your Personal Success Coach , to keep you on task and growing

We will also review your return on investment during and at the end of the programme, as well as your expected returns in the future

To support you further: you will have access to reasonable ongoing email support from your Personal Success Coach

You will receive a graduation certificate in recognition of your fantastic achievement, once your final assessment is complete

At the start of the programme we call your sales manager to ensure they support your ongoing skills growth

Q. How much time will it take? A. We know how busy sales reps are. Hence this programme will take on average: - Only 20-30 minutes per week!
