I Sing the Mighty Power of God • Trad./Sturz Stephen Sturz, Organist
All Hail the Power of Jesus’ Name All hail the power of Jesus’ Name! Let angels prostrate fall; Bring forth the royal diadem, And crown Him Lord of all! Bring forth the royal diadem And crown Him Lord of all.
Ye chosen seed of Israel’s race, Ye ransomed from the fall, Hail Him Who saves you by His grace, And crown Him Lord of all! Hail Him Who saves you by His grace, And crown Him Lord of all.
Let every kindred, every tribe, On this terrestrial ball, To Him all majesty ascribe, And crown Him Lord of all! To Him all majesty ascribe, And crown Him Lord of all.
O that with yonder sacred throng We at His feet may fall! We’ll join the everlasting song, And crown Him Lord of all; We’ll join the everlasting song, And crown Him Lord of all.
Great Is Thy Faithfulness Great is Thy faithfulness, O God, my Father, There is no shadow of turning with Thee; Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not As Thou hast been, Thou forever wilt be.
Refrain: Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness! Morning by morning new mercies I see; All I have needed Thy hand hath provided— Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!
Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest, Sun, moon and stars in their courses above, Join with all nature in manifold witness To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love. Repeat refrain
Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth, Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide; Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow, Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside! Repeat refrain

The Master’s Seminary exists to advance the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ by equipping godly men to be pastors and/or trainers of pastors for excellence in service to Christ in strategic fields of Christian ministry. This is accomplished through an educational program and an environment of spiritual fellowship and relationships that emphasize unreserved commitment to the worship of God, submission to the authority of the Scriptures, a life of personal holiness, the priority of the local church, and the mission of penetrating the world with the Truth. Begun in 1986, The Master’s Seminary offers graduate-level education designed to equip students for effectiveness in Christian ministry. Through emphasis on careful instruction in the Scriptures, a consistent focus upon involvement and accountability within a local church, exposure to past and present movements in church history and Christian missions, and the development of communication, relationship, leadership, and administrative skills for ministry, the seminary seeks to produce graduates who are recognized as men of God and who are equipped to serve effectively as pastors, missionaries, teachers, evangelists, counselors, and leaders in evangelical ministries around the world.
Caps, Gowns, and Hoods in the Academic Procession CAPS: Because each member of the faculty possesses a degree or degrees, the tassel is worn on the left side of the cap. Individuals holding a Doctor’s degree are identified by a gold tassel.
GOWNS: The faculty are wearing two different types of gowns according to the highest degree held: Master or Doctor.
HOODS: There are also two types of hoods: one for each degree. They vary in size with the smallest for Master and the largest for Doctor. The hood is lined with the academic color or colors of the school that conferred the highest degree. The velvet binding of the hood indicates the field of study to which the degree pertains.
