A MULTI-COLOURED MARQUEE MOVES THROUGH DONCASTER Following outdoor extravaganzas Colour of Time and the explosive Clash of Drums, Cast welcomes everyone to enjoy another worldclass free outdoor performance for The Colour of Light on Friday 22 September at 8pm in Doncaster town centre. The Colour of Light is a multi-coloured marquee on the move featuring gigantic wheels of colour which will roll to music through Doncaster before an explosive finale outside Cast. Last year’s Clash of Drums in 2016 saw a whopping 3,500
people take over the streets of Doncaster for one heart stopping performance. Over 2,000 people have already registered for this years event. This year’s procession will start around 8pm near the Civic Quarter Car Park on Cleveland Street before travelling down Wood Street and Waterdale to a finale outside Cast on Sir Nigel Gresley Square. Cast is a charity and to be able to stage this type of free family friendly event, it relies on support from across the borough and this year anyone can be part of making it happen. Cast has
already secured over £15,000 to stage the September event and need help to raise the last £5,000 to make this the best year yet. Donations can be made by going online to castindoncaster.com/ light-cast or contacting
