Lisa N Edwards is one of those people that cannot sit still, juggling everything with precision and finesse. Some say she is an overachiever, but to Lisa, life would be boring if she was not focused on her next goal or dream.

As a recovering psychic junkie, many of Lisa’s script ideas have themes of fate and destiny. She found solace in the need to reach out and consult with psychics instead of making her own decisions, thinking happiness was achieved by constantly trying to prove herself to others when it was always within her. In this process of self-discovery, she noticed that numerous psychics gave her an almost identical prediction. She would meet a dark and handsome man with a few distinguishing features and traits. Essentially the psychic readings in the books Lisa wrote are extracts of these, changed slightly to suit the story and the core idea for the creation of the Can’t Fight Fate Book Series. HOW NFT FUNDING WORKS

COINRUNNERS has created a revolutionary method to incentivise investors.

The COINRUNNERS project consists of 15,000 NFTs on the Polygon blockchain. Each NFT is a hand-drawn image from the storyboard. When an NFT is minted for $69*, the transaction is encoded into the blockchain, which acts as a transparent database of all the buying and selling activity for every NFT.

An investor can mint as many NFTs as they wish. Once an NFT is minted, it is sent to their crypto wallet. Every NFT represents an entitlement to 30%* of the profit share from the NFT profit pool of the COINRUNNERS movie. When the NFT profit pool is ready to be distributed to NFT holders, a snapshot will be taken of all the current owners, and the crypto will then be transferred to owner wallets.

The investor can sell their NFT at any point to realise their investment. However, if they do this, they give up the profit share entitlement, which is transferred to the new owner.

Each time an NFT is sold, a small percentage of the sale proceeds goes back to the COINRUNNERS crypto wallet for marketing.

Each NFT contains certain traits, such as the characters within the NFT. These traits may appear in several NFTs, thus creating a set. If the investor decides to mint

multiple NFTs, they increase their chance of collecting a set of NFTs, which could lead to additional perks. For example, if you collect all the NFTs that contain the Super Rare trait, you will get tickets to the film's premiere. These incentives create a secondary sales market for the NFTs, encouraging investors to trade their NFTs with each other to collect sets. Minting multiple NFTs also entitles the holder to an increased NFT profit pool.

Profit share percentages and perks are liable to change. When the investor mints the NFT, the advertised figures and perks will be allocated to that NFT. For example, our first 500 NFTs sold were entitled to 50% of the NFT profit pool.

We anticipate a rebate of roughly $3,800,000 from the various grant available through AusFilm and the Federal Government to assist in finishing, marketing, and costs related to securing distribution. And other investments as detailed below.

Of the $10,000,000.00 million budget, we are seeking $2,500,000.00 in NFT equity investment. We are using sales from NFTs to fund the film production.

NFTs on Polygon Network will be sold for $69, purchased with crypto or credit card.

We are offering a *100% preferred rate of return on principal investment, followed by a *30/70 split (NFT/Producer) of all additional net proceeds in perpetuity, paid pari -pasu with other investors. ( See Special Clause for 15,000 NFTs).
