Involved in authorized bond sales by school districts and other units of local government with detailed records. Handles special assessment funds, district court fines, certain state and federal funds allocated to local government and various fees collected in other county offices. Keeps updated on RCW and WAC rules regarding the operation of county business. Attends pertinent legislative conferences to keep apprised of the latest laws
