Akasu Palliative Care Society 21st Annual Christmas Candlelight Interdenominational Service of Remembrance was offered through a virtual service at Park Memorial website and YouTube, as well as, broadcasted on Country 106.5 FM on December 13.

Ardythe Butler, Incoming President of Akasu Palliative Care Society, welcomed everyone. “This service is a time for reflection, comfort, and memories. Christmas is often a difficult time when faced with loss whether it is the first Christmas without someone or remembering someone gone long ago?

“Akasu Palliative Care is grateful for the usage of North Pointe Community Church and the technical work of Calvin Sommerville, Pastor of North Pointe Church in Vegreville for making this time of sharing together both virtually and on our local radio station possible,” Butler said.
