Meet athlete celebrities at All-Star Gala for SickKids Former Maple Leaf Peter Holland and Montreal Canadiens PK Subban will attend JUSTIN SKINNER jskinner@insidetoronto.com The NHL season may be over, but hockey fans can still get up close and personal with some of the sport’s stars while raising funds for a good cause. The second annual All-Star Gala for SickKids will bring a number of NHL players – among other athletes and celebrities – together for a night of fun, food, games, auctions and an open bar. Conceived by event marketing and production company West of Contra, the event will feature the Toronto Maple Leafs’ Peter Holland, all-star Montreal Canadiens defenceman PK Subban and others. With Subban’s involvement, some of the proceeds from the event will also go to the Montreal Children’s Hospital.
“We’ll have a lot of sports-themed events and a lot of pro athletes there to make the night a success,” said James Blackburn of West of Contra. “(West of Contra co-founder) Cam Healy and I have a soft spot and a personal affection for SickKids. We have family and friends with ties to the hospital that go back a long way.” The duo decided a few years back to leverage their contacts in the NHL to help raise funds for a gala event. Last year’s inaugural effort was a success, bringing in $75,000, and Blackburn and Healy said they hope to double that amount this year. Hosted by Cabral “Cabbie” Richards of TSN and geared toward Toronto’s young professional crowd, the All-Star Gala will be anything but a stuffy affair. “There will be activations where
people can shoot on goalies or play table hockey, and we’ll have some athletes involved in a live auction,” Blackburn said. Holland said he was pleased to take on a role as an ambassador for the event last year and was thrilled to be asked again this year. “After playing a lead role in the success of last year’s gala, I’m excited to team up with PK Subban this June to further benefit this charitable evening,” he said. “This is definitely the party of the summer for young professionals.” Blackburn expects between 30 and 40 past and present athletes from the NHL, CFL, NBA, MLB and MLS to join for the All-Star Gala, which takes place at Arcadian Court, 401 Bay St., starting at 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 17. Ripley’s Believe It or Not! exhibit on at science centre Ever wonder how it’s biologically possible to safely swallow a sword? The Science of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! exhibit will run until Sept. 5 at the Ontario Science Centre, 770 Don Mills Rd. A joint production between Ripley Entertainment Inc. and Science North, the family-friendly exhibit is made up of objects and artifacts from Ripley’s Believe It or Not! “Curiosity is an innate human quality and one that led Robert Ripley to accumulate his astonishing collections,” Dr. Maurice Bitran, CEO and chief science officer of the Ontario Science Centre, said in a release. “With this exhibition, we invite visitors to exercise their
own curiosity to learn about the science that underlies and explains the seemingly inexplicable, and make Ripley’s passion for discovery their own.” From crawling through a lifesize model of a prehistoric snake to measuring up against the world’s tallest man, The Science of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! exhibit encourages visitors to follow their curiosity in the unusual and explore the science behind the unbelievable. Entry into the exhibit is included with general admission. Dozens of youngsters and their families swarmed Black Creek Pioneer Village Friday, June 10 to plant wildflowers to help build up the natural habitat for honeybees, which has seen a decline in population in recent years. The planting of wildflowers at the site was the finale of General Mills Canada’s Bring Back the Bees campaign, which aimed to create buzz around the issue starting in March when the bee was removed from the front of Honey Nut Cheerios cereal boxes. The mascot, Buzz Bee, is slowly making its way back onto the boxes, but people still need to be aware of the “crisis with bees” in Canada and North America, said Emma Eriksson, marketing director for General Mills Canada. “It’s not only because bees make honey,” she said. “One in three bites of food is made possible by bees and other pollinators. It’s a big issue for humanity. We thought we could be the spokesperson for that issue.” According to General Mills Canada, Ontario beekeepers lost 58 per cent of the province’s honeybee population in the winter of 2014, and 16 per cent of all Canadian bee colonies were lost in the winter of 2015, 38 per cent in Ontario. To help combat the problem, General Mills Canada sought to
Fannie Sunshine/Metroland

distribute 35 million bee-friendly wildflower seeds to Canadians who requested them on the website www. bringbackthebees.ca, but due to demand ended up handing out more than 115 million seeds. Creating a food source for bees will help to grow the population, hence allowing edibles such as apples, almonds, and, of course, honey, to continue to be consumed, Eriksson said. Gardening expert Mark Cullen
was on hand to help people plant several hundred wildflowers. “There are over 700 native bee species in Canada and we want to preserve and grow the population,” he said. “If we sow these, it will help reduce the decline. Bee populations have been on the decline for 10 years or so worldwide, and while it’s difficult to identify precisely what the problem is, we know when we provide a habitat for them, they tend not to die off.” s

Standing up to hate with pride and love
T
he city is on edge. Sunday’s mass murder at gay nightclub Pulse in Orlando, Florida, has put Toronto on high alert. That’s evident by Monday’s quick response by Toronto police to reports of a masked man walking around the University of Toronto’s St. George campus that the safety of the city and its citizens is of paramount importance. Dozens of Emergency Task Force officers descended on the campus, cordoning off roads searching each building, weapons drawn, in hopes of preventing a tragedy. Was there proof something as heinous as what happened in Orlando could our view happen here, in broad daylight? No. But the potential threat and that was enough. Toronto stands existed The attack that killed 49 in solidarity people out enjoying a night of dancing and drinks at the gay with all club reminds us – once again – that hate hangs over us and lives can be tragically altered, and ended, in an instant. While Toronto police came up empty in their search for the ‘suspicious person’, reporting such suspicious activity to the authorities is something each and every one of us can do to ensure the safety of ourselves and our fellow Torontonians. We don’t want to live in fear, but we need to be vigilant to continue to live in peace. As Toronto continues celebrating its first-ever Pride Month, Pride Toronto executive director Mathieu Chantelois noted the need for safety and solidarity in the wake of Sunday’s shootings. “Pride has always been about creating a safe place where everyone can come together and be themselves,” he said. “Now, we are so painfully aware of the importance of standing up to hate with love and celebrating the beauty, diversity and strength of our community.” The upcoming Pride parade on July 3 will be dedicated to the memory of the Pulse victims. The parade, which kicks off at Church and Bloor streets at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 3, will begin with a moment of silence, followed by a reading of the names of the 49 people killed and 53 wounded in the deadly attack. Pride is working with Toronto police and the RCMP on an upgraded security plan to ensure the public remains safe throughout Pride Month. The city is on edge, but it’s full of pride; for its citizens, its acceptance and its sense of freedom.

Need to go further in eradicating homophobia It was to be a nice little holiday in California: joining my wife at the end of a west-coast business junket to stay with dear old friends in Burbank, meet some of her Los Angeles-area family that hadn’t made it up for the wedding, enjoy some sun-drenched Southern California chill after not having seen each other for a couple of weeks. A good holiday: the kind that celebrates loving relationships – reaffirming old ties, cementing new ones, along the mad freeway system that seems to be the spine of Los Angeles County. On Sunday, early, we watched a bigger spine crack. In Orlando, Florida, more than 100 people were gunned down in a gay nightclub on Saturday night by Omar Mateen in what first seemed an act of terrible hate but now it seems was an act of deliberate terror. And just down the
david nickle the city highway from us, in Santa Monica, police arrested an Indiana man with a truck full of guns and the stated intention of using them at Los Angeles’ Gay Pride parade. At this point, no word whether the planned attack was one of terror or hate. Details. The suspect, who’d driven in from Indiana, meant to do harm to gay and lesbian and transsexual people. Armed like that, he likely meant to kill them. That was very close – I’ll be honest, close enough that it rattled us. But we didn’t have to be here in Burbank to feel that way. It’s close all around. When we get back to Toronto later this week, that same threat – the low, cretinous bigotry that casts itself against the light of
unsanctified love (forgive me, today, that florid metaphor) – will be pervasive. We’re in a city where a sizeable portion of the city has objected strongly enough to a curriculum promoting understanding of gay and lesbian sex that they would consider withdrawing their children from classes. Just a few years ago, we elected a mayor whose homophobia prevented him from attending Pride events and inspired him to fight when the Rainbow Flag flew over City Hall during the Sochi Olympics. We’re getting better in some ways. At the top levels, we’re no longer burdened with hateful leadership: the new Mayor John Tory, the new Prime Minister Justin Trudeau don’t pander to that vile id. Kathleen Wynne has spent a career, in part, defending against it. We’re a good place. But really, so is the United States. Same-sex
marriage is lawful. There is nothing wrong and very much right with a boy meeting a boy at the Pulse nightclub and exchanging a deep and hopeful kiss. It ought not bring a death sentence. U.S. President Barack Obama laid it out very clearly. The shootings at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando were an act of hate. They were an act of terror. Homophobia, that bromide that has kept many scowling bigots in dinner-table conversation for decades, has inspired the worst mass-shooting in American history. It is something that can no longer be tolerated, even in those quiet and awful conversations. If we are to take Daesh seriously, we must also take homophobes seriously. Omar Mateen has shown us.

Plan for 30 detached homes near Bayview and Steeles approved
poster contest winner honoured
Despite concerns from residents regarding road patterns, North York Community Council approved a proposal calling for 30 detached homes near Bayview and Steeles avenues at its meeting Tuesday . The proposal for 25 Ballyconnor Ct. calls for 30, two-storey detached dwellings, a public park and a public street. The new street would curve through the site as a crescent shape, but residents would prefer a cul-de-sac. Helen Lepek, who spoke on behalf of area homeowners, said residents are not opposed to the development, just the road pattern. Willowdale Councillor David Shiner, who represents the area, put forward a motion in absentia in favour of the culdu-sac, but it lost. The site previously housed Tyndale University College and Seminary, which vacated in the spring of last year. York Community Councillor rejects application to clear woodlot wNorth
An application to clear a woodlot near the Don Valley Parkway and York Mills Road to make way for 11 residential units has been refused by North York Community Council. The application called for two blocks of townhouses made up of three units each, one block of townhouses consisting of four units, and one detached dwelling at 1255 York Mills Rd., which would be accessed by a private driveway from York Mills Road. City staff noted along with several residences proposed for construction below the top of bank, the existing natural woodlot would have to be removed in its entirety to allow for construction. Don Valley East Councillor Denzil Minnan-Wong, who represents the area, called the application inappropriate, noting the location makes it “next to impossible” to build. Toronto Hydro used to own the property before the on-site substation was decommissioned around 2013 and the site sold to a third party. to build prostatE cancer centre, seeks to raise $30 million wSunnybrook

Are you not hearing clearly when a group of people are talking? Many people find that they are no longer able to understand everything being said, particularly when in the company of others. Engineered in Switzerland, the Audéo V hearing aid has been designed specifically to understand speech in group situations. The majority of those surveyed stated that when exposed to considerable background noise they are able to hear that something is being spoken, but can no longer discern precisely what is being said. The words seem blurred and indistinct. But why is that? The effect tends to manifest itself in group situations, especially in restaurants. It is the high-pitched tones perceived at the entrance to the cochlea that determine when you hear things accurately. In the majority of cases these parts of the inner ear are the first to be affected by noise or aging. As the high-pitched tones are no longer perceived well, the auditory centre of the brain begins to struggle to decode language. It’s a bit like an image that doesn’t have enough pixels.

Hearing sensation! Swiss researchers: Audéo V is superior for conversation.
Without Audéo V
With Audéo V
The Audéo V hearing aids provide considerable reduction in noise allowing you to focus on speech. Developed by Swiss audiologists the Audéo V hearing aid is designed to improve speech comprehension in noise, particularly with hearing loss in the high-frequency range. People can trial the new Audéo V system by Phonak simply by calling now to do so. During your FREE hearing test, our Hearing Care Professionals will determine how speech comprehension can be improved in various situations and what role the technology called “Autosense OS” plays. This technology can recognize where the person being spoken to is located and can amplify only his or her voice,
while ambient noise is reduced. Thanks to several synchronous microphones, the hearing aid can detect sound in all directions and select the direction that speech is coming from within milliseconds, seamlessly adjusting to the listening situation. According to Swiss researchers, this can significantly improve speech comprehension, especially in conversation for the right candidates. Interested people can register for a free hearing test and trial of the Audéo V by calling 1.888.408.7377

Openly gay Toronto MP Rob Oliphant speaks at vigil for Orlando victims fannie sunshine fsunshine@insidetoronto.com Rob Oliphant always expected an attack on the gay community, like the massacre in Orlando, Florida, early Sunday, June 12, which saw 49 people gunned down in the worst mass shooting in U.S. history, was a real possibility. The openly gay Don Valley West MP was woken Sunday by his partner, Marco Fiola, who told him of the early morning shooting at gay nightclub Pulse. “He said, ‘there’s been a shooting in Orlando and 20 people are dead’,” Oliphant recalled of early reports. “He paused and then said, ‘it was at a gay bar.’” Omar Mateen, a U.S. citizen of Afghani descent, opened fire on attendees at the nightclub after exchanging gunfire with police.
Rob Oliphant
Police fatally shot Mateen, after the 29-year-old shot 49 people dead and wounded 53. Oliphant’s first reaction was thinking he always expected something like this to happen, he said. “There is a vulnerability of being a target for a crazy person,” he said. “I’ve always had this in the back of my mind as a possibility.”

His thoughts then went to the families of those killed, and once he found out the gunman was Muslim, he instantly had concern for the large Muslim population in his riding, tweeting Sunday ‘Needs to be shared: I am an openly gay MP elected by the largest Muslim community in Canada’, which has been retweeted more than 3,000 times. “People assume all Muslims are homophobic,” Oliphant said. “As a gay Liberal United Church minister, I had their support right from the beginning. The Muslim community rallied around me. There was difficulty with some people in the community, but I had difficulty with Christians and people of other faiths.” Though he hasn’t experienced physical violence, Oliphant said he “often” feels fearful for his safety. “I’ll walk down the street
and I know people are talking about me,” he said, adding he’s been verbally bullied over the years. “I don’t like being alone.” Oliphant, who spoke before hundreds at the vigil for the Orlando victims in Toronto Sunday night at Barbara Hall Park on Church Street, said although it was a sombre gathering, there was also great solidarity among attendees. “It was a moment where the community could gather in an open place and be ourselves and not be afraid,” he said. And while he’s not naive about security issues in Canada, particularly when it comes to the LGBTQ2S community and the upcoming Pride Parade Sunday, July 3, he believes “we cannot let terrorists have the final word.” “That would be giving them a victory they don’t deserve,” Oliphant said.

There was plenty of mutual admiration at the Toronto District School Board’s elementary track and field championships Tuesday. Mayor John Tory joined Rio-bound Canadian sprinter Andre De Grasse to cheer on the young athletes. The competitors, in turn, admired and inspired De Grasse, Canada’s top star sprinter. “He’s really my idol. I always look up to him when I’m running,” said Grade 6 John G. Diefenbaker Public School student Mathesh Sritharan, who finished fifth in hurdles. “He (De Grasse) signed my shirt, and he gave me high fives. It’s just a great honour to meet him.” About 1,700 students from grades 4 to 8 took part in the championships, held at Birchmount Stadium in southwest Scarborough. “I just want to congratulate you guys for making it this far.
Funding to our health care system will increase by over $1 billion this year.
Andrew Palamarchuk/ Metroland
You guys are very talented and hard workers,” De Grasse told the students. The Scarborough-born athlete said the reaction he received from the aspiring runners has left him “speechless.” ‘This is exciting’ “This is exciting. I never thought I was such an inspiration like this,” he told reporters. “It’s pretty cool that they look up to me. They inspire me right now to keep it going.” De Grasse, who trains in Phoenix, Arizona, is the reign-
ing Pan Am champion in the 100 metre and 200 metre and is the current Canadian record holder in the 200 metre. He’ll be heading to Edmonton in early July to take part in Canadian qualifiers for the Olympics. What’s his advice to young athletes? “Continue to work hard. Find your passion,” he said. But De Grasse added: “Don’t take it too seriously... so just have fun.” Students competed in about 100 events, including sprints, hurdles, relays, running long jump, standing long jump and high jump.

That desk takes quite a beating as she pounds out her frustrations and frequently slams down her phone following heated discussions with her advisors and enemies. Feldshuh is outfitted in an austere business suit with her hair in the familiar bun. The look establishes the character on sight. It also becomes clear right away that the actress genuinely loves bringing this remarkable character to life. Golda’s Balcony is running in the Greenwin theatre in the Toronto Centre for the Arts until Sunday. June 19. For tickets, www.hgjewishtheatre. com or call 1-855-985-2787.

With performers playing folk, jazz and popular music from Russian, Ukrainian, Israeli and Filipino origins – there’s something for everyone at this festival, including food booths, art displays and activities for kids!
The Harold Green Jewish Theatre Company wraps up their ninth season with a spectacular star performance unlike any you have ever seen before. Tovah Feldshuh has already set a Broadway record for the longest running one-woman show in Broadway history playing 493 performances of Golda’s Balcony in 2003 after a soldout 16-week offBroadway engagement. The play, by William Gibson, began in 1977 as a multi-character piece called Golda starring Anne Bancroft. Gibson was never quite satisfied with the play the way it turned out and six years later decided to rework it as the one-woman show we have here, Golda’s Balcony. The title refers to an area inside the secret Dimona nuclear weapons factory where Golda Meir spent time observing the underground activities. Feldshuh creates a stun-

Council approves 10-year, $16-million bike plan DAVID NICKLE dnickle@insidetoronto.com Toronto will spend twice as much on new bike infrastructure as it has been — $16 million a year — and will also get moving more quickly on key studies to put bikeways on Danforth Avenue and parts of Yonge Street. Toronto Council voted to approve the new Ten Year Cycling Network Plan at its meeting last Thursday, with a few changes to the less robust plan recommended by the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee. That committee, chaired by Jaye Robinson, had recommended that the city boost its spending from $8 million to $16 million a year, but hold off on studying major improvements to key routes such as Bloor Street/Danforth Avenue and Yonge Street, until after a pilot project for Bikeways on Bloor Street was complete. That would have pushed those studies beyond the next

municipal election. But on the floor of Toronto Council, Don Valley West Councillor Robinson moved an amendment to have the Danforth Avenue study begin in the third quarter of 2017, at the same time as council considers the Bloor pilot project. And it approved a motion by Willowdale Councillor David Shiner to extend the Yonge Street major corridor study from Sheppard Avenue to Finch Avenue, all the way
north to Steeles Avenue. Aside from that, council also approved a motion to look at improving the Dundas Street East bike lanes — among the oldest in the city — and to look at ways to design new buildings to maximize bike parking. Council stopped short, however, of approving a motion by Trinity-Spadina Councillor Mike Layton to boost the spending to $25 million a year. At that level, Layton noted, the entire bike
network could be built in seven to eight years rather than the 12 it will take at $16 million. Layton noted that council has been willing to boost spending on infrastructure when it suits — such as when it approved adding $400 million to the cost of rehabilitating the Gardiner Expressway, or approved a tax levy to build the Scarborough Subway. “The reality is that this council has been more than willing to approve projects without funding attached when it wants to,” he said. Mayor John Tory made it clear that he wasn’t willing to support that level of spending. “I have concluded the proper thing to do at this stage is to go to $16 million,” he said. “I think what we’re trying to do is set a target that has a level of ambition…and will be achieved. I will not support $25 million because it doesn’t have the necessary consensus.” A few councillors were
strongly opposed even to the $16 million. Etobicoke Centre Councillor Stephen Holyday tried to convince his colleagues to maintain spending at $8 million a year, and

It’s not the cars that are going crazy - not the pedestrians - certainly not the motorcyclists. It’s the psycho cyclists.

also cut back on any bicycle expansion where staff indicated that motor vehicle traffic might be impacted. Holyday argued that the bike lanes often robbed motor vehicles of road capacity in the favour of a few. “I think somebody needs to stand up for drivers in this city,” he said. “I don’t think it’s a fair trade in places where drivers outnumber cyclists.” York Centre Councillor
Giorgio Mammoliti was more blunt, and backed up Holyday on another amendment— ruled out of order—to license cyclists like cars. “There are a lot of psycho cyclists out there, and the majority are becoming psycho cyclists,” said Mammoliti. “It’s not the cars that are going crazy — not the pedestrians — certainly not the motorcyclists. It’s the psycho cyclists.” Mammoliti, who represents north-western North York, suggested that licenses ought to be required only for cyclists riding on major streets in the downtown. Council did go along with a motion from Deputy Mayor Denzil Minnan-Wong, to look at a plan to create separated bike lanes on a seasonal basis. “The thing that drives people crazy is seeing a cycle track when no one’s on it,” said Minnan-Wong. “So in the middle of the winter, should we look at cycle tracks that can be removed?”

Police blame people for congestion It appears pedestrians, not cars, snarl traffic the most. Just ask the police. Additional uniformed officers appeared at eight troublesome city intersections this week, part of an initiative announced by Mayor John Tory earlier this month. And while Tory insists road users equally play a role enabling traffic congestion and unsafe conditions, many Toronto police officers don’t agree. They point to those violators on foot for example with the temerity to cross even while the countdown timer is running, which interferes with cars’ ability to turn. Pedestrian advocates counter that high speeds and roads designed purely for the benefit of one mode of transportation over all others are the main culprits for congestion. TO REDUCE BIKE-CAR COLLISIONS wCAMPAIGN
There’s another traffic awareness campaign, this time targeting motorists and cyclists. The Safety, Prevention,
rahul gupta TO in TRANSIT Aw a r e n e s s , C o u r t e s y, Education (SPACE) to Cycle campaign kicked off this week. It’s intended to educate users of both four and two wheels on legal road use, using a combination of education and enforcement to make the point. BIKE LANES PROPOSED on WOODBINE wTWO-WAY
Could two-way bike lanes be coming to Woodbine Avenue? City staff is proposing building a set of contra-flow lanes that allow cyclists to travel in both directions on a one-way street. You’ll often see them in quieter, residential areas as a way to minimize car traffic. Now there’s a plan to build a set of connected contra-flow lanes on Woodbine, between O’Connor Drive and Queen Street East, as well as on stretches of Corley and Norway avenues.
Two public meetings are scheduled to discuss the idea, first on Wednesday, June 22 at Stan Wadlow Community Centre, 373 Cedarvale Ave., starting at 5 p.m., and the next day at St. John the Baptist Church Norway, 470 Woodbine, also at 5 p.m. Inside scoop from TTC DRIVER wFORMER
What’s it like to be a TTC bus driver? An Ask Me Anything (AMA) thread on the discussion site Reddit seeks to shed some light on the question. The driver claims to have grown frustrated with the profession, not to mention constant criticism from the public and irregular work hours, and left after less than seven years on the job. The thread also provides explanations, with the use of some colourful language, of transit teeth-gnashers, such as the need for short-turns. Taste of success for Second Harvest More than $800,000 was raised for Second Harvest through fundraiser Toronto Taste on Sunday. Toronto Taste, now in its 26th year, saw more than 90 restaurants and 30 beverage purveyors take part in the downtown event at Corus Quay, bringing in a total of $850,000 for the North York charity to help rescue fresh, healthy food that would otherwise go to waste and deliver it to more than 220
social service agencies across the Greater Toronto Area. Second Harvest was hoping Toronto Taste, which has brought in more than $11 million since 1991, would raise at least $750,000 this year. “Toronto Taste is such an incredible event that we at Second Harvest rely on to ensure we can continue providing fresh, healthy food to Torontonians experiencing hunger,” Debra Lawson, executive director of Second
Harvest, said in a release. “We wouldn’t be able to put on such a great event without our sponsors, donors, chefs, our incredible staff and volunteers. We are immensely grateful to everyone who made this year’s Toronto Taste one of the best. It is because of Toronto’s collective passion for helping fellow neighbours in need that Toronto Taste is achievable. The event is critical to the success of Second Harvest’s food rescue program.”

Attention Back Pain and Sciatica Sufferers! Back Pain and Sciatica Workshop Reveals How to Naturally Heal Back Pain and Sciatica For Good • Do you suffer with back pain or leg pain when you stand or walk? • Do you have pain when you sit for long periods or drive? • Do you experience pain, numbness or tingling into your butt, groin or down your leg? • Does your back ever “go out” if you move the wrong way? • Are you afraid your pain will get worse if you don’t do anything about it?
If you have answered YES to any of the above questions – the Lower Back and Sciatica Workshop may be a life changing event for you… Here at the Sciatica and Lower Back Specialists at Stay Active Rehabilitation, we’ve helped hundreds of people right here in North York who have suffered needlessly with lower back pain and sciatiatica —it’s our specialty. By request, we’re hosting a Sciatica and Lower Back Pain Workshop here at Stay Active Rehabilitation on June 29, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. This workshop is FREE to attend. Here’s some of what you’ll learn: • The Single Biggest #1 Mistake back pain and sciatica sufferers make which actually stops them from healing… • The 3 Most Common Causes of Lower Back Pain and Sciatica… • A Sure-Fire Way to Pick the Right Treatment for the Cause of Your Pain (and save you a ton of time and money) • How a problem in your back can cause pain, numbness or tingling in your leg… • What successful treatment and permanent relief looks like without the side effects of medications, injections or surgery.
