Is Covid a concern? Students share views on coronavirus severity Jessie Hernandez Staff Reporter It’s been over a year since COVID-19 infected the world. For students, it’s felt more like a lifetime. The fall semester at OSU proved to be a challenge for students and faculty alike. Although the spring semester has allowed for more life on campus, one could argue that we’ve simply learned to live alongside COVID-19. Does the COVID-19 virus still carry the brutal impact it did before, or has it succumbed to being just that, a virus? Hannah Farris, a freshman, shared her thoughts on the matter. “For me personally, I think it’s become just a virus, the newness and shock of it has kind of worn off. We know a lot more about it now then we did which makes it less mysterious and scary,” Farris said. ”Being a freshman, my introduction to school was in the world of Covid, I’ve known nothing but this type of univer-
