The offense needed to find its footing most of the first quarter, but soon after that Spencer Sanders started cooking. The defensive line is one of the most dominant fronts in the Big 12, and if the Cowboys keep pace, they could be a lock for the conference championship game.

Technically, both teams could have gone scoreless in the fourth and OSU would have emerged victorious. But, the domi nance the Cowboys as serted in the fourth showed they weren’t stepping off the gas pedal. Going into the fourth, Sanders had one touchdown and it was on the ground. By the end of the game, he racked up two passing touchdowns to put away the Sun Devils. Now, credit should also go to Dominic Richardson’s hard running on the ground as he ran for over 100 yards.
Sanders made some risky throws and took some huge hits. OSU Receiving Game: B+ When a team has a young receiving core, it is bound to experi ence some growing pains. The OSU re ceivers made plenty of plays, but also made a lot of mistakes. Bray don Johnson had a good day receiving with four grabs for 81 yards, but also had plenty of drops on key downs. Brennan Presley and John Paul Richardson both had quiet days with a com bined six catches for 46 yards. That left the door open for another re ceiver, Bryson Green, to make plays. He had five grabs for 83 yards and a flea flicker touchdown grab to seal the game.
