FAVORITE FRITATA MUFFINS 12 Hansen’s Eggs ¼ cup Hiland Heavy Whipping Cream 1 teaspoon Daddy Hinkle’s Original Seasoning 1 tablespoon chopped Scissortail Farms Basil ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup chopped Triple S Farms Spinach ½ cup chopped J-M Mushrooms ¼ cup jarred roasted red peppers, chopped ¼ cup chopped Bar-S Bacon (optional)

DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12-count muffin pan with muffin liners and spray with nonstick spray. A silicone muffin pan also works well. 2. Combine eggs, cream and seasoning, whisking until eggs are fully beaten. Whisk in the mozzarella cheese. Fill the mixture among the 12 cups, filling about ½ to ¾ full. You may have enough extra batter to make a few extra muffins. Top each with toppings of spinach, mushrooms, red peppers and bacon (if desired). You can customize these to each person’s taste, using your favorite vegetables, cheese and meat. 3. Bake 16-18 minutes, shaking center to see if the egg is set. Let cool a few minutes before removing from cups. You can eat these warm or cool, then wrap individually and store in the refrigerator or freezer.

BACON PANCAKES SERVES: 6 INGREDIENTS: 8 slices Bar-S Bacon 1 cup Shawnee Mills All-Purpose Flour 2 tablespoons sugar 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt 1 ¼ cups Braum’s Buttermilk 2 tablespoons Braum’s Unsalted Butter, melted 1 large Hansen’s egg 1 teaspoon Griffin’s Vanilla Griffin’s Original Syrup

DIRECTIONS: 1. Cook bacon until crisp. Cool, then crumble. 2. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, whisk buttermilk, melted butter, egg and vanilla. Whisk flour mixture into buttermilk mixture just until combined. You should have some lumps remaining. 3. Heat a large nonstick skillet or griddle on medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter onto hot pan, cooking about 2 minutes or until bubbles appear. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on uncooked side of pancake. Flip, then cook another 1 to 2 minutes. 4. Keep pancakes warm in oven, and serve with Griffin’s Original Syrup.

CRISPY COCONUT CHICKEN TENDERS

These yummy chicken strips are great as a snack or over basmati or jasmine rice for a delicious dinner. The heat from Suan’s Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly and the sweetness of the coconut gives a great flavor to these crispy tenders.

CRISPY COCONUT CHICKEN TENDERS INGREDIENTS: 1 Hansen’s Egg 1 tablespoon Suan’s Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly 1 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup Shawnee Mills All-Purpose Flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenderloins 1/3 cup Braum’s butter, melted

DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a shallow dish, whisk together egg and pepper jelly. In another shallow dish, combine coconut, flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. 2. Dip chicken strips first in egg and then in coconut, coating each side well. 3. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Drizzle with butter (this gives a nice color to the chicken). Bake 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Turn chicken halfway through cooking time.

SUPER BOWL DIP

We call it Super Bowl Dip, but it’s great anytime of the year. Everyone will love this cheesy dip with bacon. It’s great with corn chips, veggies or even as a drizzle in burritos or tacos.

SUPER BOWL DIP INGREDIENTS: 6-8 slices Bar-S Thick-Cut Bacon 1 jar Ace in the Bowl Salsa 30 ounce can refried beans 16 ounce Velveeta cheese, diced 1 tablespoon cornstarch

DIRECTIONS: 1. Cut bacon into thin slices, and saute until cooked through. Spread half of the bacon and some of the grease evenly onto the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish. 2. Cover with the refried beans, leveling with a spatula. Dice the Velveeta cheese, and place into a 1-gallon bag with the cornstarch. Close the bag, and shake the cornstarch coating the cheese. Reopen the baggie, and pour in the salsa, mixing gently by flipping the bag until the cheese is covered. 3. Pour over the beans, and sprinkle on the remaining bacon. Heat in a 300-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

SUPER BOWL TACO SOUP INGREDIENTS: 1 pound ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 package ranch dressing mix 1 package taco seasoning mix 1 (16-ounce) can pinto beans 1 (16-ounce) can chili beans 1 (16-ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn 1 jar Ace in the Bowl Salsa 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce 3-4 cups water Tortilla chips 1 lime, sliced 1 avocado, diced

DIRECTIONS: 1. Brown ground beef and onion in a Dutch oven or soup pot. Drain grease, then return beef and onions to pot. 2. Add ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning, mixing well. Add the beans and corn. Add salsa, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil, and let simmer for 30 minutes. 3. Serve over tortilla chips, and top with diced avocado and lime.

PERSONAL PAN PIZZA 1 package Shawnee Mills Pizza Crust Mix 1 jar Lovera’s Old World Pizza Sauce Meat Lover’s: 4 slices Bar-S Bacon, cooked and crumbled ¼ pound Greer’s Ranch House Sausage, cooked and drained of fat 1 Mountain View Meat Company Smoked Sausage Link, cooked and warmed through 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup sliced J-M Mushrooms BBQ Chicken: 1/3 cup Sweet Spirit Foods BBQ Sauce 1 chicken breast, fully cooked and sliced 1 Mountain View Meat Company Hot Link, cooked and warmed through 4 slices Bar-S Bacon, cooked and crumbled ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese ¼ cup sliced red onion 1 tablespoon chopped Scissortail Farms Cilantro Over Easy: 1 Hansen’s Egg ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tablespoon chopped Scissortail Farms Parsley

DIRECTIONS: 1. Prepare Shawnee Mills pizza crust according to package directions. Form dough into three dough balls. On a large baking sheet, form each dough ball into a mini pizza, pressing to form the edges into a crust. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. To make each pizza, spread 2 tablespoons of Lovera’s sauce (or barbecue sauce for barbecue pizza) on dough. Add toppings. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.

INSTANT POT PORK BBQ SLIDERS

This pulled pork is smoky, sweet and delicious. Making it in an Instant Pot makes a dish that usually cooks low and slow come together super quickly. This pulled pork is great on sliders, but it’s also good on a salad, in tortilla wraps or in rice bowls.

INSTANT POT PORK BBQ SLIDERS INGREDIENTS: 1 (4-pound) boneless pork roast 2 tablespoons brown sugar 3 tablespoons Head Country All Purpose Championship Seasoning 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 cup chicken broth ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 1 bottle Head Country BBQ Sauce Braum’s Slider Buns

DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine brown sugar and Head Country seasoning in a small bowl. Rub all over the pork roast to coat. 2. In a 6-quart Instant Pot, heat on high, then add vegetable oil. Brown pork, cooking evenly until browned on all sides, about 5-8 minutes total. 3. Pour chicken broth and vinegar into bottom of pot, scraping bits from the bottom. Select manual setting, adjust pressure to high, and set time for 40 minutes. When finished cooking, quick-release pressure according to Instant Pot directions. 4. Remove pork, and shred using two forks. Pour barbecue sauce over, and toss, or serve barbecue sauce on the side. Serve pork on slider buns with sauce, coleslaw, pickles and your favorite toppings. Note: If you don’t have an Instant Pot, no worries. Brown the pork roast on the stovetop, then place in a slow cooker with the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar, cooking on high for 8 hours.

These delicate cookies have a wonderful flavor from the Hiland Sour Cream and Griffin’s Vanilla. They are perfect for any holiday with frosting and any decorations you like. The dough is soft and easy to work with, making it a good one for beginner cooks.

SOUR CREAM SOFTIES 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup Hiland Butter 1 teaspoon Griffin’s Vanilla 2 Hansen’s Eggs 1 cup Hiland Sour Cream 5 cups Shawnee Mills All-Purpose Flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda Frosting: 8 ounces cream cheese 2 tablespoons evaporated milk 1 teaspoon Griffin’s Vanilla 1/8 teaspoon salt 4 cups confectioners sugar

DIRECTIONS: 1. Cream together granulated sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs. Add sour cream. 2. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Gradually add to the egg-sugar mixture. 3. Cover and chill dough for 1 hour. 4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thick. Cut out cookies. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 10 - 12 minutes. 5. To make frosting: In a small bowl, with a mixer at medium speed, beat together the softened cream cheese and evaporated milk until smooth. Add vanilla, salt and confectioners sugar. Beat until well blended. Color as desired and frost cooled cookies.

DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat softened butter with Southern Roots’ bag number one for 3 minutes with an electric mixer. Add egg and vanilla, and beat. Gradually add bag number two, and beat until soft dough forms.

RICH AND CREAMY HOT CHOCOLATE SERVES: 2 INGREDIENTS: 2 cups Hiland Whole Milk 1 tablespoon Cheatwood’s Pure Raw Honey 1/4 tablespoon Griffin’s Vanilla 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon dried ancho chile powder 2 Bedre Dark Chocolate Bars, chopped Garnish with freshly whipped Hiland Cream, grated chocolate, cinnamon, ancho chile or marshmallows

DIRECTIONS: 1. In a small saucepan combine the milk, honey, cinnamon and ancho powder, and heat over medium. Keep an eye on this, as it can boil over. 2. Break up the chocolate bar into a small microwaveable bowl, microwave for 20 seconds then stir. Repeat until the chocolate is relatively smooth. 3. When the milk just begins to simmer, remove from heat, whisking in the melted chocolate. Whisk vigorously for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve with garnish.

HONEY GLAZED SWEET AND SALTY SNACK MIX INGREDIENTS: 2 cups Miller Pecan Co. pecan halves 2 cups popped popcorn 1 cup mini pretzels sticks 2 cups crisp rice cereal (like Rice Chex) 2 cups crisp corn cereal (like Corn Chex) 1 stick Hiland Salted Butter 1 teaspoon Head Country All-Purpose Championship Seasoning ½ cup Cheatwood’s Honey ¼ cup Griffin’s corn syrup ½ teaspoon Griffin’s vanilla

DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spray a large sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pecans, popcorn, pretzels and cereals. 3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, Head Country seasoning, honey and corn syrup. Microwave for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir, then add vanilla. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture, stirring to coat. 4. Spread onto sheet pan. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week at room temperature.

BROWNIE BOTTOM CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

BROWNIE BOTTOM CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE INGREDIENTS: For the Brownie Layer: 1 Shawnee Mills Fudge Brownie Mix 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 Hansen’s Egg For the Chocolate Cheesecake Layer: 3 packages (8 ounces each) Braum’s Cream Cheese, softened ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon Griffin’s Vanilla 8 ounces Bedre Milk Chocolate Wafers, melted and cooled slightly 3 Hansen’s Eggs

For the Whipped Cream Layer: ½ teaspoon Griffin’s Vanilla 4 tablespoons powdered sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 cup Braum’s Heavy Whipping Cream For the Topping: ¼ cup Bedre Chocolate Sauce

DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter and flour (or spray with nonstick spray) a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside. 2. Make brownie layer by following package directions, mixing brownie mix with vegetable oil, egg and water. Spread batter into pan. Bake 18-20 minutes or until set in the middle. Remove from oven, and let cool completely before topping with cheesecake mixture. 3. While the brownie layer is baking, prepare the chocolate cheesecake layer. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended. Add the melted chocolate, and mix well. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to incorporate into the batter. Add the eggs, one at a time, on low speed just until blended. 4. Carefully place cheesecake in oven, baking 55 to 60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and carefully run a knife around the edge to loosen it from the pan. Allow cheesecake to cool before removing the rim from the pan. 5. Refrigerate 4 hours of overnight. 6. To make the whipped cream layer, combine all ingredients in an electric mixer on high speed, beating until stiff peeks form. Once the cheesecake is cooled, top with whipped cream. Drizzle with Bedre Chocolate Sauce.

APPLE CINNAMON BREAD PUDDING INGREDIENTS: 8 slices Braum’s Cinnamon Bread, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped ½ cup raisins 4 Hansen’s eggs 2 cups Hiland Whole Milk ¼ cup Hiland Unsalted Butter, melted ¼ cup granulated sugar 1 tablespoon Roark Acres Honey ½ teaspoon Griffin’s Vanilla ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon Sauce: 2 tablespoons Prairie Wolf Spirits Dark coffee liqueur ¼ cup Hiland Unsalted Butter 2 cups powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS: 1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place cubed bread in slow cooker. 2. Sprinkle bread cubes with chopped apple and raisins. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread. 3. Cover and cook for 3 hours. Bread pudding is done when a wooden pick inserted into the middle comes out clean. For the sauce, melt butter in saucepan; remove from heat, add Prairie Wolf Spirits Dark coffee liqueur and stir in the powder sugar until fully combined.
