The soccer ball appears at the center of the cardinal because the game is the focal point, bringing strong players and teams from all corners of Ohio. CARDINAL
As the Ohio state bird, the cardinal is a symbol of fierceness - a feature that highlights the competitive nature of the teams in State League.

Clubs with one or more teams competing in the Ohio Soccer State League are encouraged to prominently display the logo on the club's official website homepage and/or any appropriate webpage that lists competitions in which the club's teams participate. GUIDELINES
Clubs should only use the 3-color primary logo (seen to left) for display on their websites.
HORIZONTAL
When the State League logo is displayed alongside the Ohio Soccer Association logo, the State League logo should be positioned to the right. The height of the State League logo should not be taller than the right top corner of the Ohio Soccer Association shield. See following page for spacing requirements.

THE PLACEMENT OF SURROUNDING ELEMENTS (TEXT, PHOTOS AND OTHER GRAPHIC ELEMENTS) MUST RESPECT THE CLEAR SPACE GUIDELINES SHOWN TO THE RIGHT. The distance of the clear space is proportional and must always equal or exceed the height of 2x the "O" in "Ohio". This also applies to the minimum distance from the edge of the page. SIZING

LOGO APPLICATION UNIFORM PATCHES APPLICATION
The state league patch only needs to be attached to one uniform. It can be attached to either the uniform shirt or shorts. The exact location of the patch is up to the team but needs to be consistent among all players. Teams may use the State League logo, with approval from Ohio Soccer Association, for team apparel (training shirts, warm-ups, champion shirts, etc.). ALL LOGO APPLICATIONS ON APPAREL, OUTSIDE OF PATCHES, MUST FIRST BE APPROVED BY OHIO SOCCER ASSOCIATION. INFORMATION ON HOW TO SUBMIT APPROVAL REQUESTS CAN BE FOUND ON PAGE 11.
