ISP recently removed Kegan Kline from jail to meet with investigators.
Kline, the Peru resident arrested for child exploitation and possession of child pornography, is currently in the Miami County jail and has been for two years. Although he has not been charged with any crime connected to the Delphi Murders of Libby German and Abby Williams, his social media connection to German is something investigators continue to follow.

This past week, court records revealed the Miami County Prosecutor’s Office and Kline’s attor ney, Andrew Achey, agreed to have Kline released into temporary custody of ISP. Kline was to return to the Miami County jail afterward. ISP will not com ment as to why they removed Kline temporarily from jail or where they took him. The court granted the request Aug. 19.
Recently, Indiana State Police took to the Wabash River near Peru’s Kelly Avenue Bridge in what appears to be a search for something. What that some thing is remains to be seen but being in the river isn’t the only action by the ISP that poses questions.
Achey requested and received a delay in the recent court proceedings. Achey told the judge the parties are currently inKline’snegotiations.nextcourt date for the child pornography charges has been moved to Oct. 20 with a jury trial set for Jan. 18. He faces 30 charges involving child pornography and exploitation. As for the Delphi case, Kline has never been charged with the murders.
Indiana State Police search Wabash River in Peru
Investigators said the person running the “Anthony Shots” account was one of the last to communicate with German. German and Williams’ bodies were dis covered near a trail in Delphi, Indiana, Feb. 14, 2017. The police involved in the case have never said how the girls were murdered or if there was a weapon used.According to Delphi investigators, Kline’s catfish account, “Anthony Shots,” was active in 2016 and 2017 on Instagram and Snapchat. Delphi inves tigators asked the public to contact them if anyone had been interactive with that account. According to a prob able cause affidavit from Miami County, Kline’s catfish account was developed nearly six months before investigators interviewed him in Feb. of 2017. When investigators searched Kline’s home, six devices were removed. An iPod touch, a tablet, and smartphones were seized as part of a 2017 search warrant for the child pornography case.
Minor injuries were reported. A state crash report was completed. An arrest was made.

Both seniors got to play with their sis ters for what may be the last time. Courtney played with her sister Mi randa and carded a 54. This high score is not typical for Courtney, but she chose to use the match as practice (Taylor had only one player, so Ma conaquah won by forfeit) to work on parts of her game that have been giv ing her problems. That led to some of fline shots, but the lessons learned will serve her better in the near future.

the year, the Ma conaquah Boys Soc cer team was able to secure the win in the 78th minute of theMacgame.took an early lead off a Zach Sparks goal in the first 6 minutes. The 2nd goal also came off Sparks foot, but this one was on a direct kick from outside the penalty box. Sparks curved the ball around the wall and found the rightTippycorner.Valley was able to do what most other teams haven’t, which was score a goal on our defense on a thru ball. In the 2nd half, the Vikings scored their 2nd goal on a penalty kick that every Maconaquah fan at the game would argue was a clean play. This tied the game with 6 minutes remaining and seemed to light a fire under the Braves. The game winner came from assist by Sparks on another free kick after a Tippy Valley penalty. Bauer Maple was able to out jump the Tippy Defense and head the ball in the goal with 2 minutes re maining.TheBraves are now 7-0 on the sea son and now hold 32 Goals for vs 3 goals against on the season. The team is currently tied with Manchester at 3-0 in TRC action. The Braves will have a short break, with the next game next Thursday Sept 8 at Delphi.
