This year, the Pleasance Kids Programme is bursting with music, magic, fantastic stories and mysterious creatures! As ever, Pleasance Kids has loads of fantastic shows for all ages on offer this year - beautiful stories, dark fairy tales, improvised musicals, poetic songs, magical journeys, a cat (in a hat), a black-tongued bear, a dragon and two mice ... wolves, witches, monsters and goblins and some clowning around ... we’ve got it all! If you need a break, then head for the Kidzone on the Green - in the heart of the Courtyard.
In its tenth year, it is still the only completely dedicated child-friendly venue on the fringe - complete with cafe, pram shelters and a nappy change! Our weather proof art-pods, manned by a team of energetic young volunteers, are a hub of creativity with stacks of arts and crafts activities to keep the kids entertained.

GRIMM'S FAIRER TALES
Stories Alive With Wolves, Witches and Goblins, the story unfolds as the audience is invited to become part of the drama. The Brothers Grimm collected their classic tales over 200 years ago. Today, interactive storyteller Eden Ballantyne has reimagined them for a contemporary audience. Maybe Little Red Riding Hood won't have to wait for the woodcutter to save her? There may be a house of Gingerbread, but what else could be waiting in the woods? £8 (£6)
