Exhibitors Ages, Fran I graduated from the School of Photographic Arts in Ottawa, Canada. My photographs reference the timelessness of Richard Avedon’s American West Series. I ask my viewers to engage with and study each individual portrait.

Berman, Kenneth I have been painting for 6 years. I do abstract acrylic paintings of triangles, squares and angles in multiple colors. My art is original and my own creation. I do not use tape. My art is all free hand.

Block, Judie After retiring, I audited drawing classes at the City University in New York. I then transitioned to oils. I am drawn to vibrant colors and impressionist style of soft images. Figures and interiors are my favorite subjects.

Braun, Barry I was born in Brooklyn New York and graduated Pratt Institute. I teach Art Therapy at numerous assisted living and memory care facilities in South Florida and continue my passion for painting in Boca Raton.

Chaifetz, Sheila After a long hiatus from painting, I returned to it when I moved into Polo. I rediscovered how much I enjoyed not only traditional themes but found a new excitement in painting abstract as well. Each blank canvas offers a new chance to express my thoughts and to show my ideas in creating designs by using different colors and textures.

Deitch, Jinhong I have been painting with watercolors for the past 5 years. I love what I do and would like to share it with others.

Friedenthal, Richard I took up painting 6 years ago and studied at the Burlini Studio of the Arts in Boca Raton.

Exhibitors Goldstein, Paul I am a retired obstetrician-gynecologist and have been painting for 7 years. I studied at the Boca Museum School of Art and have exhibited at the Marblehead Arts Festival.

Goodhart, Sharon I come from a family of very talented artists, working in many different mediums. I started out as a knitter and crocheter as a teenager and sold many of my creations, including one for Miss Hawaii in the Miss America pageant. I became involved in ceramics 40 years ago, particularly painting animals. When I moved to Florida from Hawaii, I became enamored with works of Charles Fazzino and started taking classes in 3D Art.

Green, Elana I started painting and sculpting when I was 65 years old and enjoy doing it now as a hobby. I have sold some works as well as donated to charity.

Green, Kenneth I have developed a commitment to art and painting in the last four years. I work at the Burlini Studio of Arts in Boca Raton, as well as at my home studio in Pennsylvania.

Halpern, Alan I graduated from Pratt Institute with a BFA and have a background in graphic art. I was able to pursue a special interest and develop a talent since pursuing my love of art through painting. I studied painting at The Boca Museum School of Art.

Iny, Elissa From a young age, I have always loved arts and crafts and experimented in many media. Approximately 10 years ago, I visited the Boca School of Art and took a course in painting on porcelain.

Exhibitors Jacobson, Ruth I have been painting in acrylic for several years. My paintings vary from still life to scenes that catch my eye and that I think would be interesting subjects.

Kaminsky, Joy Ihave emerged as a happy novice and a dedicated student under the exceptional guidance and professional appraisal of Chris Burlini.

Kringstein, Kaye

I have been painting for 8 years and I specialize in Pop Art.

Lamberk, Honey My love for art began at age 8 when I took classes at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. I later studied at the Art Students League and was accepted to the High School of Music and Art. After I graduated, I studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology and worked in design.

Levy, Ziva Ziva is a retired marriage & family therapist. She has been painting in oil & acrylic for the past 6 years. When Ziva doesn’t have a brush in hand, she’s cooking, gardening, sewing, playing tennis & more. A true Renaissance woman & dog whisperer, her greatest joy is being with her grandchildren, her dog Lucky and #1 fan, her husband.

Myers, Jason I’ve been a photographer since about the age of 8, when my father bought m a Kodak lnstamatic 124 camera to use at summer camp. In high school and college, I shot 35mm film, mostly Kodachrome and Ektachrome, and was the co-photography editor of my high school yearbook. ln college, I sold news photos to United Press International that were published nationally in the New York Times, Washington Post, and other newspapers across the country.

Schuman, Judi Three years ago I started painting with acrylics. I found the right place to use my talents and thoroughly enjoy creating both abstract and realistic paintings. I hope our audience enjoys my art.

Exhibitors Silverman, Bonnie Bonnie SIiverman has studied sculpture, oil painting, pastels and watercolor over the past 50 years. She has studied under her instructor Charles Pasqualino at the Roslyn School of Painting for many year and has exhibited at town libraries on Long Island. She especially enjoys portraiture painting as well as widlife and has been a resident at Polo since 2021.

Silverman, Jeffrey Jeffrey SIiverman has studied oil painting at the ROSLYN SCHOOL OF ART for 15 years under Charles Pasqualina. He works with a pallet knife as well as brush on his canvases. Some of his works have been exhibited at local exhibitions and library shows.

Sussman, Ed I have been involved in artistic endeavors for the past 7 years. Prior to that, I never painted or thought myself capable. My experience has proven to me that even I could create a painting that I could be proud of.

Tavel, Sunny I began my formal study in painting at the Banff School of Fine Arts and then continued at the Ottawa School of Arts. Currently I study with Chris Burlini.

Wallach, Gerald I have been painting for more than 50 years. I am self-taught in oils, acrylics, pastels and mixed media.

Weiss, Robert My name is Robert Weiss, but my friends call me Bob. I started painting in 2013 while recovering from back surgery. I currently go to Chris Burlini’s Art Studio. I have really enjoyed painting and plan to continue as long as I can.

Wolbe, Patty I have been painting for the last 10 years after starting at the Polo Club’s painting classes. I paint both in acrylic and oils, often combining both in the same painting. I am always searching for new methods and began pouring 2 years ago. This year I started working with alcohol inks. My subject matter is mainly the human form, but I also do Contemporary Art.
