1. Satisfaction Guaranteed - If customers are not satisfied with the order, just return it within 30 days in its original condition. It’s that simple! (please see return policy).
2. Price - All prices are FOB Cool and Interesting warehouse, Chino, California.
3. Minimum Order - opening order $300.00, reorder $150.00.
4. Payment Method - We accept credit card ONLY (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). PayPal and Money Order are also acceptable.
5. Back Order - All back orders under $50.00 will be cancelled! Our inventory levels fluctuate throughout the day and availability is subject to change without notice. All back orders will ship out as soon as they become available with Free Shipping. Please let us know if you don’t want back order, otherwise we will ship out the back orders as soon as the item(s) become available.
6. Shipping/Handling Cost - We use USPS (first class mail) or FedEx ground for all wholesale orders. Shipping/Handling cost is calculated based on your order size, shipping address and shipping method. Shipping/Handling costs are pre-paid and added to your invoice.
7. Return Policy - We require all returns must be in their original condition and package. Upon inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the returned item(s). Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable. Customer may use the shipping carrier most convenient to them and the customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
8. Order Processing Time - Once the payment is approved, the address is verified and the item(s) are in stock, most orders will ship out from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. During the peak season/trade show season, it could take up to 7 business days or longer to process the order.
9. Transit Time - after the order is shipped, it usually takes 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping address.
10. Drop Ship - To offer better service to our retail customers, we offer drop shipping. Please indicate it is a drop ship order when placing the order. Drop ship order does not require a minimum amount, but we do charge $8.00 per address processing fee. The process fee will be added on top of your regular shipping cost.
11. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items -At Cool and Interesting, each shipment is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item(s), please contact our Customer Care at care@coolandinteresting.com or 909-606-1688 immediately for assistance.
12. Exclusive Territory - We do offer exclusive territory for store front retailers. Please contact us for more details at care@coolandinteresting.com.
13. Product Display - Display are available for necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings. Please go to our catalog or website for details and picture.
14. Product Information - We have done our best to display, as accurately as possible, the information and colors of the products shown on this catalog.
