Pretty Magic Maid Service LLC (PMMS) is a professional commercial and residential cleaning company It is a women-operated business established to help other moms out there In 2016, the owner of PMMS was diagnosed with OCD anxiety She wanted to keep her home perfect, but having children didn’t make that an easy task So rather than taking medications, she started her own cleaning company. She’s always had a passion for cleaning and keeping things organized

What inspired your start of The Pretty Magic Maid Service?

I started PMMS because I was diagnosed with OCD anxiety in 2016 I decided to turn that diagnosis into a skill thatll help others

What advice would you give to a new entrepreneur looking to enter the cleaning industry?

Take the journey slow and do not overwhelm or undervalue yourself!

What sets your brand apart? What is your magic sauce?

My Magic sauce is the diagnosis that could have been used as an excuse but instead was used as a tool to help someone else Who wouldn’t want an OCD survivor or keep their space tidy?

What areas are you currently servicing? Richmond and surrounding areas We offer travel fees to clean as well

What can readers expect from your brand in the next 3-5 years?

In the next 3-5 years, my readers can expect an anthology called My Pain Made Me Pretty and Magical They can expect more cleaning hacks and the BTS of our team getting it done They can expect courses on how to start a cleaning company
