Keiaundria Ragland is an Author, Coach, Workshop Facilitator, Host of The POWER Moves HER yearly Revival and Expo, and CEO of Shes Purpose Ke Keiaundria was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee She has been inspired by her life experiences that have led to her writing and coaching

Her purpose is to help women search deep into their past experiences that are causing faint distress in their everyday life, leading them to believe they are failures, unable to attain high levels of success She helps women push, thrive, and have power over what seems impossible to reach, feeling they are not good enough, capable, or feel they do not fit in

Keiaundria is a woman of faith She understands what it means to be determined and what it takes to persevere Keiaundria wrote her first self-published book in 2018, Life At A Glance: Single Married Togetherness She took part in her first Anthology as a Co-Author of Meant For My Good in 2019, chapter titled “Seeking The Father Figure IN HIM”

Since starting Keiaundria’s journey in 2018, she has built two coaching programs -- Empowerment Online Training: From Stress To Success and Reignite Your Passion Group Coaching Program: Healing from Burnout and Work Overwhelm

Keiaundria is a mother of two Her daughter LaQuandra McGhee is a traveling LMSW

Her son, Tyrell Ragland, plays football and is completing his junior year at Carson Newman University studying Physical Education Keiaundria has guardianship over her two great-nephews, Jeremiah Mills, Jr, and JaMarion Mills In her career, she is a Registered Health Information Tech, Certified Professional Coder who works at Vanderbilt University Hospital as a Senior Inpatient Specialist

When did you realize entrepreneurship was a part of your life journey?

Keiaundria realized she was an entrepreneur as a teenager

She was always looking to help people and provide a service to help enhance their well-being Always using her large imagination as a child, she would pretend to have her own classroom in her bedroom teaching She explored a little interest in becoming a cosmetologist doing friends’ and neighbors’ hair in her living room, later becoming a Mary Kay Consultant, and now writing self-help books that encourage happiness, determination, and perseverance Visit more of my services at shespurposekecom

Shes Purpose Ke helps women overcome challenges from their past experiences that influence their current success and everyday life due to false beliefs that they are failures and unable to obtain levels of success Help women push, thrive, and have power over what seems impossible to reach, feeling they are not good enough, capable, or feel they do not fit in

How do you balance entrepreneurship and ministry as a woman of faith?

As a woman of faith, I balance by aligning with the vision and mission In every business, there is a mission In every mission, there is ministering to the people through our services

You host a yearly revival and Expo Can you tell us about what women can expect when attending this event?

The Revival and Expo is a two-day event that is a refreshing moment for women who have lost their way through the struggle of scaling and excelling in their mission and business

The time is now that we become re-aligned in our purpose and not be afraid due to the unknown Providing an opportunity to POWER UP with information and implementation of tools and resources taught by trained and experienced facilitators allow us to place ourselves on the market and increase our visibility

You are the author of several books Can you tell us what message remains true throughout the pages of your work? The message that remains true throughout my books is to not give up due to the curve balls of life My mission is to lead, serve, and elevate. Keiaundria Ragland is an Author, Speaker, and Coach who has been inspired by her life experiences that have led to her writing and coaching Keaundria lost her most influential father at the age of 10 Uncertain where to go from there, she began searching for love in all the wrong places Uncertain about what she was searching for, she was still left with a void She became pregnant at age 15, and she was devastated, unsure if she would graduate high school or even make it to college Keiaundria is a woman of faith She understands what it means to be determined and what it takes to persevere
