It’s hard to believe we’re biding farewell to another summer here in the Smokies. Time sure does fly! We’ve enjoyed relatively cool temperatures this year, while experiencing one of the wettest summers I can remember. All in all it’s been another great summer season here in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. One of the things I personally look forward to each September & October is a ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The leaves turn into their beautiful shades of red, orange & yellow a little earlier at the high elevations the Parkway provides. With access points in Cherokee or just outside of Sylva, it is convenient for anyone visiting the Smokies region. Get out this fall and take in the spectacular scenery our area has to offer! While you’re making the transition from summer to fall, allot some time to give the housing market a look.
