The classic Microplane zester/cheese grater has had a makeover, it now features a premium soft-touch handle and non-scratch end tabs, it can tackle even the hardest of Parmesan as well as effortlessly zesting citrus fruits. The blade cuts to the perfect depth to only get the zest, and not the bitter white pith, it can even be used on garlic, ginger and nutmeg. It comes with a protective cover, there are little rubber feet on the end for stability and the grippy, ergonomic handle provides added stability, it is made from surgical grade stainless steel blade and TPE plastic handle.
