The iconic Microplane Premium Classic Zester has had a makeover, now available in 11 new urban, early colours including Pomegrante Red, Sage Green and Denim Blue. The new colours, inspired by minimalistic, harmonic Scandinavian design, completely replace the original palette (apart from Black and White, the classics!). The Premium Classic Zester is perfect for all citrus fruit, the teeth cuts to the perfect depth to only get the zest, and not the bitter white pith, it can even be used on garlic, ginger, nutmeg, chocolate and hard cheeses. It comes with a protective cover, there are little rubber feet on the end for stability and the grippy, ergonomic handle provides added stability and is made from stainless steel.
