with a pinch of cocoa with a strainer and bake 40′, at 110° leaving the tray inside the oven turned off for about 6 hours until dry. Step 4 Once cold and dry, make a hole with a toothpick under each mushroom top. To assemble, dust the tops and stems lightly with melted chocolate. Leave them upside-down until chocolate hardens and sets. If you like, you can smudge the cocoa powder with your fingers to give them that natural dirty glow. Tips: Use them to decorate a cake, or to serve with coffee, paint them in red or with polka dots, they will be very showy! Also it´s a very original gift!
