CONCEPT INTRODUCTION West Coast Properties has teamed up with Essque Residences, a premium international brand to offer developers an exciting new approach to mixed-use resorts. Prepared by West Coast Properties and Essque Residences, this concept introduction is aimed at highlighting our suggested concept for a potential association with Elea Estate.
Our concept is a purely a “refresh” of the existing sales and marketing concept. The development needs to redefine its “mojo” and create a new excitement.
Following a challenging few years in property worldwide and culminating in the recent financial crisis experienced by Cyprus, many developments need a “rethink” in terms of their completion strategy. This challenge is not unique to Elea Estate.
Our plan focuses and fine tunes the development plan, adds international exposure and a rental scheme option to provide owners with a return on investment as well as assisting with covering the operational costs of the development.
As an experienced hotel operator and property developer in its own right, Essque Residences, in partnership with West Coast Properties, is ideally positioned to assist Elea Estate in refreshing its concept in order to meet the sales and operational challenges in the future.
