Heather Roxburgh, founder of The Heather Roxburgh Group, joined RE/MAX in 2006 and quickly became an award-winning agent, maintaining a Top 10 ranking in Utah among RE/MAX agents.

Heather believes in focusing on building lifelong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service. Her unique relational approach to real estate has allowed her to become an expert at successfully guiding and mentoring clients through the home buying and/or selling process.

Heather understands that the real estate process is more than just buying and selling a home; it’s the beginning of a new chapter in a client’s life.

Heather stays informed and educated on the real estate market and how current trends affect her clients. She loves learning, participating on panels and enjoys using her skills to help others succeed. Heather also uses her skills and extensive knowledge in the industry to provide training and mentorship to large real estate brokerages and individual agents alike.

Heather has received numerous awards including the Hall of Fame Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Diamond Club Award. Heather also attained her ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative designation. In 2013, Heather and the team were awarded the Salt Lake Board of Realtors’ Small Sales Team of the Year.

Heather has lived in Salt Lake City for over twenty years and she is passionate about the community she lives and works in. She is the proud mother of three accomplished daughters. She’s an avid athlete and enjoys hiking, swimming, boating, traveling, listening to motivational speakers and meeting new people.

Above all else, Heather values family and friends. She knows that in the end, it’s not about selling homes; it’s about building lasting, meaningful relationships.

Chris Randle Buyer Specialist and Realtor As a professional football player, Chris was looking for a new challenge that would motivate him outside of his sports career. That’s when he discovered real estate and The Heather Roxburgh Group.

After tearing his ACL, Chris needed to consider the possibility of a life without football. He started thinking about the things that matter the most to him – helping people, talking with people and having a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Growing up, he never lived in a home that his family owned, so he remembers the sense of accomplishment and gratitude he felt when he purchased his first home. He is motivated to help other people feel that same way each and every day.

Chris grew up in Oakland and Merced, CA before attending Utah State University on scholarship and graduating with a degree in sociology. While attending college and playing football, he emerged as a leader on his team and became one of the top respected defensive backs in the Western Athletic Conference. He currently plays for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Canadian Football League where he hones his teamwork and leadership skills.

Chris brings a sense of humor and fun to our team, in addition to his passion and dedication to provide our clients with top notch service. His character inspires all of us to better ourselves and to better our business. He sets a goal to be the best that he can be and that is reflected in how he takes care of his clients.

He truly believes in working relationally, creating long-term relationships and making lasting impressions. He is an excellent addition to our full-service team and feels like he has found a perfect career fit in real estate – and we couldn’t agree more!

When not busy playing football, training or being a real estate agent, Chris also runs his nonprofit Achieve Dreams Foundation. He is passionate about giving back to the community. The foundation’s mission is to help kids realize and maximize their potential so that they can rise above their circumstances. He teaches kids how to fall in love with the process of achieving their dreams.

Chris also enjoys spending time with this wife and son. They love to travel to new places all over the world and experience all that Utah has to offer.

Brooke Martinez Buyer Specialist and Realtor Brooke Martinez – a mom, an investor, a Realtor. The Heather Roxburgh Group is lucky to have this hard-working lady on the team.

Brooke’s attention to detail and focus on customer service has always been and continues to be her top priorities. She has a passion for the real estate industry and a drive to go above and beyond for her clients. She wants the best possible outcome in every transaction and pushes the limits to achieve this goal. Brooke strives to make every client feel cared for and always has their best interest at heart. As a master negotiator, she fights for her client’s needs and ensures that everything is taken care of from a transaction’s beginning to end.

Over the course of her professional career, Brooke has fine-tuned her skills in customer service, building relationships and referral-based sales. This relational focus makes her a great asset to the real estate industry and The Heather Roxburgh Group and has helped cultivate her passions into a rewarding career.

Brooke also has a keen eye when it comes to the real estate market and seems to find great homes for her clients - both on and off the market. She has used this skill to purchase homes that are in need of renovation, fix them up with her network of vendors and reinvigorate many neighborhoods.

Brooke is excited to create new relationships with past, present and future clients of The Heather Roxburgh Group. She has always loved creating friendships with her clients. The highest compliment she can receive is when a client looks to her as a resource for many, many years. And it’s even better when they tell their family and friends about her excellent service!

A Utah native, Brooke enjoys hiking, biking and BBQing with her two daughters.

When not exploring her home state, she also likes to travel to new places where she can enjoy delicious food, meet people and learn about a new culture and history. If you ask Brooke her top two favorite things, she doesn’t hesitate to answer live music and Lake Powell.

Amanda Pierce Director of Operational Excellence & Transaction Coordinator Drum roll please! Meet Amanda, client care extraordinaire. Amanda has been a key member of The Heather Roxburgh Group team since 2013 — wearing many different hats during that time including office manager, transaction coordinator, personal assistant and even marketing/listing coordinator. She knows the team from the inside out and is the go-to person in the organization. To put it simply, Amanda does it all and we don’t know what we’d do without her.

Amanda takes client care to the next level with her extensive background in customer service. She graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communication. After graduating, she spent a year working at Walt Disney World where she learned the ins and outs of great customer care.

Amanda’s positive attitude and keen understanding of the entire real estate process ensures that each transaction process is seamless. She has built strong partnerships with lenders, title companies, home inspectors and various other service providers. Her excellent communication and follow up will ensure that all clients stay up-to-date and well informed throughout their real estate transaction. Amanda is a wonderful asset to the team. Her hard work and dedication makes the entire contract-to-close process easy and smooth.

Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and fur babies, Sophie and Cooper. She loves going to new movies, getting together with friends for monthly book club and decorating her new home. Amanda is also passionate about Real Salt Lake and Friday the 13th — in that order.

Aubrey McCauley Lead Listing Specialist & Marketing Coordinator One part marketing coordinator, one part listing coordinator, and two parts party planner. Too many parts?

As Marketing and Listing Coordinator, Aubrey does an excellent job staying connected with clients while promoting The Heather Roxburgh Group brand. Her outgoing personality and excellent communication makes clients feel included and informed.

Aubrey graduated from the University of Utah with an Honors Bachelor of Fine Art in Ballet. After graduating, she worked as the Office Manager and Marketing Assistant at NJRA Architects. Through her academic and professional career, she has learned the importance of marketing, organization and efficiency.

Aubrey’s dual role on the team makes it possible for her to create lasting relationships with clients and business partners, while also expressing her creativity and wit. When working with clients, she expertly communicates to ensure that all involved parties feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire real estate process. Always up for a challenge, she will go above and beyond if any issues or questions arise.

Aubrey loves to plan the team’s exceptional parties for all clients to enjoy. She also enjoys the team’s expansive marketing and client event planning. She is continuously learning so that she can keep up with marketing trends. She is constantly striving to improve her role and is thankful for the training and coaching that the team provides.

Aubrey enjoys spending time with her boys, Michael, Talon and Royse, and her pets, Dixie and Emery. Her family likes spending time together, working on their new home, cooking meals together and taking advantage of all the adventures Utah has to offer. When left to herself, Aubrey will curl up with a good book so that she is always ready for her monthly book club.
